The Long Haul
We had a great time here! Relatively private campsite, and the pulled pork sandwiches were amazing! It was so nice not to get the camp stove out after a long day. As advertised, the bathroom is also quite nice!

Penthouse Suite
We recently stayed over at the eco camp and had a lovely time. Bernie was wonderful and the camp sites provided enough privacy. They have firewood on site that you can purchase. We also tried their pot pie and cinnamon buns - both were delicious. Recommended! Columbia lake is less than a 10 min drive away and we would highly suggest spending a day (or two) there.

The Doubledate
This place is simply beautiful. The sites are private and treed providing lots of shade....which was amazing as we were there in the middle of a heat wave. There was a nice little walk to watch the sunset over the the river. But what truly makes this place so special are the hosts. Bernie and Stu are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My kids loves chatting with them and hearing their stories. And then there is the hot meals that you can order from them...delicious!!! Such a nice treat to arrange if you are arriving later at night. We will definitely be back

Best of the Invermere Valley
Convenient location, clean, and quiet. Blacksmith Landing Eco Camp never failures to deliver. We have made this our Go-To camp ground. Berny and Stu are the most considerate, caring and accommodating hosts you could ask for. Try the hot turkey or chicken pot pies, the cinnamon buns and the farm fresh eggs, you will not be disappointed.
With the campground located a quick 5 minute drive to Canal Flats beach on Columbia Lake, you can go and cool off with a refreshing swim or a leisurely day on the water. The convenience store/gas station in Canal Flats has cold drinks, a great selection of snacks and treats and relatively cheap gas.
Definitely highly recommend a few days to a week here for a great holiday getaway!!!

The Ponderosa
We loved camping at Berny’s property!!! It felt like camping at a relative’s. They really care about the people they host they treated us like family. Super informative, super clean and the washroom is so cozy and clean that you want to stay there. Their firewood bundle is big for the price, their home made beef jerky is delicious, you have to try it! We couldn’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to come back:)

The Cousin Fix
Fantastic camp!
We were warmly welcomed by our lovely hosts Berny and Stuart. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a success by giving us tips for hiking in the area and making sure we had everything we needed.
The site itself was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed walking to the viewpoint at the edge of their land to see the river below. Highly recommend!
