Great experience, and a beautiful sunset. Overall the camp was a bit messy old pallets and some litter. But the brake drum fire pit was sweet.

It was a good spot to stay the night.
I will probably stay there again when in PHX.
The camp itself needs some maintenance but the toilet was fine and the camp did not hinder my stay. Thanks!!

This was the perfect site for us! It may not be for everyone but we love being by ourselves but close enough to keep moving on our road trip in the morning. We enjoyed an awesome sunset, spanning views, a nice campfire by ourselves and a quiet night. In the morning our boys got to run around before getting into the car again. The toilet is a very basic composting toilet, which we are fine with. We also have self-contained everything else so didn’t use any of the other facilities. We had the camp to ourselves but it might be crowded if someone else was booked at the same time.
Thanks for hosting, we’d definitely pass back through if we take the same route sometime!

Could be a very great place to stay, just needed a little upkeep as the bathroom had been over run with spiderwebs, and broken glass all over the lot. The tent posted looks to be very weathered and exposed to the elements.

LOVED this place. This was my last stop on a cross-country truck-camping trip from VA to CA and this was my fave spot by far. Beautiful drive out, and fantastic setting once there. David answered his phone and helped me out immediately with a question I had, too. Great experience👍🏻

Very nice to dry camp that has a restroom. I was the only camper there and loved the solitude. Level site and easy parking. The Host was one of the best I’ve dealt with. David even gave me a ride to and from the airport. I did some very nice hiking. Highly recommended

Primitive - inexpensive dry camping location. The host, owner David was quick to respond. Easy access off Phoenix - Wickenburg Hwy 60. Level RV Sites, fire pit area available, as seen in pics. Rustic-quiet, seems like a remote site, but only a few min of gravel washed road to reach location of peace & tranquility! Exactly what we were seeking!! Beautiful desert, cactus, mountain views & sunset. Lots of space away from others. Lovely!!! THANK YOU!!!

I loved the site it was beautiful you can see the sunset on one side and sunrise on the other it was just perfect. I am definitely coming back. The host is amazing. He was communicating great and very accommodating on my day changes.

Overall this was a great last minute spot for us! David was quick to respond and allowed us to come stay last minute. The spots are all very close together - so luckily we were the only ones there. It was mostly peaceful, and off the beaten path. It worked for what we needed.

Definitely a remote Arizona desert camping experience. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The area is trashed but the host seems to be working to clean it up and make it a nice area. Communication with the host was excellent.

Definitely would recommend this site to friends. Campsite was a little hard to get to and directions took us down a very sandy road, instead of the one we needed to take. We got stuck for about an hour and had to have friends pull us out but David was very helpful and generous. Car camped on the property under the stars and had a very relaxing night. Property is relatively clean, and David was very responsive to all of our questions. Able to have a fire, and very quiet area - just far enough away from the city for no distractions! Still had cell service just in case, which was also very nice. Would definitely come up here again!

I loved camping on David's land! It was super rustic and I really enjoyed having that outdoors experience with the convenience of a restroom and a beautiful tent that I could stand up in. Definitely hit the mark on a "glamping"! The decor was very boho chic and they even had a s'mores bar set up for us!! You can tell the property is a work in progress but such an amazing getaway not too far from home. It was also not hard to find but I would suggest a sign where the final turn into the property is because gps suggested I drive past it but we still found it ok!! If you're looking to make plans for fall break I definitely suggest this location. Family friendly and girls night approved!
