We do short term bookings 29 days or less. No monthly rates, sorry! Peaceful desert escape with beautiful views of the Santan Mountains on 3.5 acre mini-ranch. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood with dark starry skies at night. Flat, private area behind main residence with a large cover. You will have about 1 acre of space to yourself. Quiet, rural feel yet less than 5 minutes from shopping, dining and conveniences. Full hookups-- Filtered water, 50 amp electric, and septic. Room to set up temporary horse panels. Walking distance to Santan regional park for miles of hiking, biking or horseback riding. 2 miles from Horseshoe park. Less than a mile to Santan flats.Due to the inherent risk of these animals, please do not pet or feed the livestock on the property. Our goats and horses will bite and kick. Very private, quiet spot on 3.5 acre mini ranch, behind main residence. You will have about 1 acre of space to yourself. Site includes 50'x18'x16' cover, filtered water, 50 amp electric hookup and septic. Dark starry skies, peaceful desert atmosphere with amazing views of the Santan mountains. Santan Mountain Park is within walking distance for hiking, biking and horseback riding. 2 miles from Horseshoe park. Minutes to many shopping and dining options. Room to set up temporary horse panels. Horse stalls on site available to rent. Contact host for info regarding horse accommodations. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood and we do not want to disturb the neighbors: quiet hours observed after 9 PM. You might hear occasional noise from farm animals, but they are quiet at night. IMPORTANT: Please note that unregistered guests are *NOT PERMITTED* on the property. If they are not registered through Hipcamp they will not be covered under their liability policy, which puts me at a HUGE risk as a homeowner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We were able to get our 46 ft trailer in, and they have a shade cover as well. Its not very remote, but the site itself has plenty of privacy. Julie was great, very helpful. I do recommend .

We loved Julie’s spot. It’s a beautiful desert level campsite on the foothills of a nature preserve. Shopping is also convenient. We could sit in the evenings and watch planes approach Gateway airport over the mountain and listen to the horses moving and nickering nearby. Julie is a great host and we will be back.

Julie’s property is the best! It’s centrally located, all the amenities you could need are within 10minutes. But for being so close to town, the property itself is so pretty and peaceful. Julie is so kind. We loved staying with her!

Julie’s property is private, clean and well maintained. This was our 3rd stay at this property and we look forward to the stay every time. We always have a relaxing time while we are on property and enjoy the views and all of the scenery near by. Traffic in the area is extremely light with groceries and shopping close Excited for our stay next year. Julie is a welcoming host and it has always been great to see her when we arrive.

This spot was fantastic!! Nice and private on our part and the hosts part. We did not feel like we were intruding on her space and she kept her distance making us feel like it was our own private spot. The views were beautiful. It was nice being in town and close to everything but not feeling like we were in the middle of the city! The animals were a huge bonus. Our boys loved seeing them and hearing them every morning. The communication was fantastic. The rules/expectations were very clear and reasonable. We will definitely keep this in mind for future travels.

If you want a beautiful and private stay with an awesome and super friendly host....this is your place. Some very friendly horses to talk with as well. Farm fresh eggs available too! Stay at Julie's for a fabulous desert scenery stay.

This is one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed! Julie is a super host, so kind and checks in to be sure everything is in order. Great facility, private area separated from the house. Nothing else is available anywhere in the Santan Valley. Fenced area, great for dogs.

The property was just as expected. Clean, quiet and away from town. Walking trails are within a mile of the campsite. Just what we were looking for. And we bought some delicious farm fresh eggs from Julie! PERFECT!!

We absolutely loved staying with Julie! Her property is quiet and secluded, but also so convenient to everything you could need. Julie is so nice! She welcomed us to the property and we had great conversations when we saw her on the ranch. The site is just as expected, easy to get in and to park. The power and water worked like a dream. We truly can’t wait to visit here again!

This is a great place to spend the night, quiet place, awesome host who is very friendly and helpful, available but not intrusive. The covered area with 50 amp service, water and sewer is a perfect place for small or large campers and is a pull through, so no backing. Worth a return visit if we get back that way. It is a little drive off the main road, but worth it.

We loved the camping spot at Julie’s! Very private and clean, and everything was there to get hooked up quickly. This was our first trip out with this camper so we wanted to stay close to home and got lucky finding this covered spot. Due to the heat, and staying only one night just to check everything out we didn’t want to go through the hassle of unhooking the camper from the truck. We quickly discovered that we had left the ice at home and reached out to Julie who graciously brought us some ice from her own home! That was so kind and considerate of her to help us out! We will definitely be staying here again when the weather cools down a bit. We would highly recommend this space to anyone that just wants a quite, private get away that is still close to anything you could need if you are unhooking your trailer!

Perfect set up and location. Quiet, safe and all the amenities one would need. Large covered parking was great here in the desert sun. We loved awakening to the birds singing, the rooster crowing, and the goats and horse starting their day. A very special place. Julie was an awesome host! Very helpful and available for questions or needs. Don’t miss out on purchasing her yummy farm fresh eggs! Awesome pork sausage too! Level RV spot with 50 amp service and water. It was the perfect set up for us!
