Welcome to Ramsey Canyon Cabins where nature is at your doorstep! Come enjoy over a mile of trails, a busy bird garden and over 50 bird feeders throughout the 8 acres property. Coues deer, Goulds turkey, coatimundi and ringtail cats are just some of the wildlife that wander the property. With over a 1/4 mile of (seasonal) creek frontage, this is the place for ultimate relaxation. We offer 2 fully furnished cabins, 1 studio style unit(linens optional) and 3 RV parking spaces-up to 24ft with 30 amp electric

This site is for 1 camper van/RV up to 24 ft max. Price always cheaper booking direct. NO TENTS ALLOWED. The price includes access to the trails and bird garden. You will also have access to an outdoor portable toilet and camp sink that has potable water. You may rent an outdoor propane firepit for an additional fee. You may book a guided property/bird tour for an additional fee. NO FIRES allowed anywhere on the property due to the extreme wildfire risk. NO ANIMALS of any kind allowed anywhere on the property due to the nature of the abundant wildlife. We DO NOT allow generators. Early check-in will be charged an additional fee. Absolutely no checking in after 7pm as it disturbs other guests.

This site is for 1 camper van/RV/trailer up to 24 ft max. Popup campers and rooftop tents allowed. NO GROUND TENTS ALLOWED. If you have a tow vehicle, you may park it in the overflow parking area. Electric hookups come with this site. The price includes access to the trails and bird garden. Price is always cheaper booking direct. You will also have access to an outdoor portable toilet and camp sink that has water. We do not have water hookups available for RV tanks. You may rent an outdoor propane firepit for an additional fee. You may book a guided property/bird tour for an additional fee. The Owls Nest is a 140 SQ ft room that features a queen bed, smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, electric fireplace, and ceiling fan. There is no plumbing, but access to an outdoor toilet and camp sink are right outside the room. The Owls Nest is a short walk to the Bird Garden featuring over 20 feeders, water fountain and plenty of seating. This unit is priced at $130 WITH NO LINENS OR PILLOWS. If you would like linens, pillows, hand towels, snacks and coffee, there is an additional one time fee of $30. Please contact us at least one day before your arrival if you would like the bedding added to your room. You may also rent a propane fire pit for $39, and enjoy your patio while staying warm and cozy. Due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife and environment, NO animals and NO children under the age of 13 are allowed.

Fantastic birding, wonderful trails and a great site. The wildlife and birding was the best in Sierra Vista. Obvious that the hosts love animals, are very knowledgeable with birding, and take such good care of the feeding stations and property. Beautiful area. Lovely hosts. The best Hipcamp venue I have ever visited, and highly recommend to all nature lovers.

Jen has the biggest and best bird garden I’ve ever visited. The rv space is easily accessible, and RCC is an easy, birds walk to the preserve. I’ll visit again 😁

The RV sites were nice and level with a nearby porta-potty and hand washing station. The big plus, if you're a birder, are the bird sanctuary and trails that lead to numerous feeders, quiet spots to sit and observe birds, and trails around the property. We saw numerous hummingbirds, songbirds, turkeys, and a few raptors. At night, we were serenaded by whiskered screech owls. You can also walk about 0.2 miles to the TNC Ramsey Canyon Preserve, no need to drive anywhere! Jen and Greg were welcoming hosts, fun to chat with, and had some great suggestions of nearby places to visit, but their bird sanctuary is tough to leave! Definitely would stay here on the next visit

We loved the setting of the Owl's Nest! Beautiful grounds with mature tree cover and paths to explore. The room itself was comfortable and we appreciated the porch chairs, fridge and microwave. It's a good value and the location can't be beat!

The bird feeder theater was amazing and comfortable! RV camping was easy to enter and level. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They met us at the front gate and showed us around the property. We actually had an electric site, even though we had originally booked for non- electric -- no problem there, it was nice to be hooked up. The property is essentially a bird sanctuary, with paths winding through the woods and feeding stations everywhere. Very scenic spot, very quiet. Five minute walk to the Ramsey Canyon Preserve. Great place to stay.

This is a real treat for birders! A unique hotspot where you can find a garden oasis teeming with hummingbirds and an assortment of other species. Beyond the garden are acres of well marked trails with viewing spots. The host is lovely and a trove of information. You are minutes away from the Ramsey Canyon preserve. The camp site itself is very basic (more of a parking spot) but the access to the property and use of the well kept outhouse is easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the antics of the population of wild turkeys.

Nice spot for our 15ft camper and TV. Jen and Greg help you out to make it work for you. Such a wonderful property-like staying in a very active bird garden with a series of meditative paths with benches at every sweet spot. A relaxing getaway with a Nature Conservancy preserve a short walk up the canyon.
