One occupant needs to be 55, while the accompanying guest must be at least 40 years old. This site accommodates a 24-45 foot RV that must be a maximum of 10 years old OR aesthetically pleasing. The lot is clean, paved, and has a shed that provides extra storage, a full size refrigerator, half bath, and washer/dryer. The huge patio comes furnished with a ceiling fan, misting system, stainless steel sink/counter, small refrigerator, gas grill, Bose speaker system, table/chair set, and 2 Adirondack chairs. Located within walking distance are resort pools, hot tubs, shower, and many activities and other amenities. This site is available for the months of Jan, Feb, and March 2026 for $1400 + electric, as well as for the months of May-September 2026 for $500 + electric.
