Located just outside of Kingman, AZ, this beautiful property offers a peaceful surrounding in the lower Hualapai Mountains. The property is just under 1.5 acres, but you'd never know it as it adjoins hundreds of acres of BLM land. The RV/camp spot is along the driveway to the main residence on the property, but is sizable enough to stretch and make yourself at home. The property is at an elevation that provides a mixed flora, lush with mountain trees and desert cacti. The odds are in your favor that you'll see deer or javalina walking through the property! The property is a good home base for those looking to hike nearby or at the Hualapai Mountain Park just up the main road, as well as for anyone looking to do some OHV exploring along some of the marked BLM roads in the proximate area. While you are welcome to traverse the property on foot to explore onsite or beyond into the BLM land, we ask that the fence boundaries for the residence remain off limits.
