I am the 2nd lot in from the open desert! Its an open lot with hook ups for an RV, 5th wheel, camper. (The Google photo provided by Hipcamp is not accurate: there is no home on the lot). Hiking up to Telegraph Pass is 2 minutes! ATV trails are 50' from the property. We are in a 55+ area but short term families are welcome. The Colorado River and Martinez and Mittry Lakes are nearby for boating, fishing, and tubing. Lots of activities in downtown Yuma. Enjoy the beautiful winter weather and the gorgeous sunsets from a private lot.Pull into our 1 acre lot and you can plug into the 30 AMP. Our 40' RV is on the other side of the property. A quick walk down the trail takes you to the telegraph Pass Trailhead. The Colorado River and Lake Martinez, and Mittry Lake are 20" away for boating, fishing, and tubing. The Yuma Foothills is a mecca for ATV excursions with trail access directly from the property, and quick access to the Barry Goldwater range. Attend the monthly Howling at the Moon, only a 5" ATV ride! Access restaurants and all services in town, only minutes away, see the historic Yuma Territorial Prison. Algodones, Mexico is only minutes for a day's excursion for good food, dental and pharmacy services. We are primarily a 55 plus area but short term families are welcome. Comfortable desert respite

A very quiet secure place to rest. Bonus of having full hookups. Laura is friendly and accommodating. Location is close to I-8.
