Easy location to get to from Phx. Nice fenced area helped make it feel private and secure. Well maintained lots and lots of room to stretch out. Lot sits on the end of the neighborhood but feels a little more remote.

I almost don’t want to leave a review to keep this little beauty to myself 😉 I work from my RV and this was the perfect quiet spot for me to Basecamp from. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed all the open land to roam, the safety of the neighborhood, and the kindness of all the area residents we met.
The spot was clean, private and well maintained. The amenities of water, internet, and laundry were the icing on the cake so to speak.

Quiet neighborhood. Nice for walking the dog. Plenty of room to get into/out of the property. Pine Way is a good site if you want some shade in the afternoon. Wash Way has a dedicate water spigot and full sun for your solar. There is a 3rd site dedicated to a 5th wheel. I suspect it belongs to the property owners. One night some folks stayed in it and the generator ran all night, but it was not a disturbance to me. It is quite quiet and could barely hear it inside my trailer. One of days it rained much more than was predicted, i am glad i had a 4 wheel drive to vacate the property. I felt bad for how I likely tore up the lot getting out though, because the ground becomes very soft. I would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Wash Way. The campsite was very clean and comfortable. John was helpful about explaining how to access the OHV trails in the area. We had a quiet, relaxing stay. We would stay here again.

I loved tent camping at Kay’s property! It is designed for RV’s but we brought everything we needed with us so it worked out great! Property is Fenced for safety, has fire pits for campfires, you can come and go as you please! We stayed here to go do the Granite Mountain Hotshots Memorial Hike! Was the perfect location!

John was very nice and accommodating. I was able to refill my tank with water and had a great night’s sleep. Lots of quail and bunnies wandering the property in the early morning. Dark night skies full of stars. Would stay again!

I loved the scenic drive to their out-of-the way, quiet property. Kay and John were very helpful with answering my questions and personally greeting me. As a lone woman camper, I felt very safe on their property. Wickenburg was a cool town, too.

Great host John was very nice even have us a little free Firewood.
For us I think we would of liked a bit more privacy. Didn't really feel too private and we didn't notice anywhere to take trash.
I would score this as a great place of your not liking for privacy or much of it. More of a place to stay if your just wanting a quick trip.
Great mountain views great host.

Very safe and comfy fenced in setting for camping! Has multiple sites but not too close together so you still have your own space. They were extremely accommodating when I arrived at night and offered to let me stay in a site with more lighting. Incredibly friendly and kind host.

Kay's husband greeted us and assisted with backing up and getting into position. Each site has lots of space and is developed with colorful crushed rock, picnic tables and a big fire pit. There was easy access to water for our RV. Immediately behind the campsites were miles of ohv trails perfect for a few days of riding.

Simple lot but gets the job done. Host is nice and is located ab 15 minutes away from the Granite Mountain IHC Memorial.

Kay's husband was a hospitable host and guided us to our camp site. All the campsites were very well groomed and our site was level. She was quick to answer texts. Views of the desert, cacti and surrounding mountains were awesome. I would recommend staying there.
