Wonderful stuff and owner of the farm welcome guests!!
My kids loved their friendly dogs and beautiful flowers, tropical fruits.
There are bathrooms, shower and kitchen just all we need to camp and relax.
We'll definitely visit there again in the future!!

Really cool community farm! Got a wonderful tour of the property and orchid greenhouses by Jess when I arrived. There are two bathroom and two shower situations which were also very helpful. Definitely a nice place to rest

Une tarp solide protège l'emplacement de campement et la table à pique-nique. Même si la météo était très pluvieuse et venteuse, nous avons très bien dormi. Les installations sont super et George est fort sympathique et accueillant. Merci pour tout!

While we had no direct interaction with our host, one of the other tenants greeted us and showed us the ropes. There are no great camping views, but the bathrooms were clean, kitchen area convenient, and a shower is always nice. Plus we are orchid geeks, so really enjoyed walking through all the tents and seeing the variety of plants. We would 100% stay here again on another visit, but it looks like the proprietor might be moving away from hosting campers.

Lots of flora and fauna to enjoy! Site 4 was fairly private and had a sink, table and toilet shower. Friendly folks living/ working there. Was a peaceful spot for our little family for the night.

I loved staying at Campsite #4! There's a shelter above you, plus a picnic table and a chair on the site. The property has 2 toilets and 2 showers, and an open air kitchen. The property has lots of flowers and fruit trees, as well as the orchids. There is also a resident dog and a few cats. The animals are all awesome. The people are good too, especially the owner, George. Town is about a mile down the road, so it's off the beaten path but still convenient.

Nice and quiet place. In the kitchen you have everything to cook. The tent site was covered so in case of rain you are dry and safe. There is also a drinking water from the tap which is advantage. We love the dog and cats there. 😊

Site 4 - The Orchid
A charming place. We were welcome to site warmly by Dwayne who has shown us everything, offered fresh fruit and veggies, chatted. We were grateful for a canopy over our tents as it was raining in the night and one of our tents wasn’t waterproof. The farm was cool to see, with orchids and other plants. Friendly dog and cats on site. Hot shower and well made, user friendly outhouse. We will definitely remember this place for our future visits to Big Island. Thank you George and Dwayne.

My fiancé and I had a great stay at the orchid farm. It was beautiful and quiet both day and night. The shower had hot water which is a plus. The location was great and had a CVS/Longs pharmacy nearby. George is also kind and responsive. Thanks for having us!

What a beautiful property! Easy to find and navigate from directions given. Everyone there was friendly and inviting! The orchids were amazing and the lava tube phenomenal. Can't wait until we visit again

Such a cool camping experience!! The farm was awesome and the orchids are beautiful. All of the workers we met were very friendly and had a lot of cool stories and local recommendations. We loved all of the local things to do while staying in Pāhoa as well.

Amazing place for camping! Calm, rural, with nice people, and George is amazing. Nearby Pahoa is a very nice village that has kept a century old feeling. This was the second time being there, and we are going to come back if we visit the island again.

Our group stayed a night at George’s beautiful orchid farm with tons of vegetation, gorgeous plants, a beautiful climate, and a nice little set up that had just enough convenience and efficiency for our brief day. George was an excellent hospitable host that made us feel welcomed and gave us a tour of his, amazing farm. This was one of the coolest camping experiences I have ever had you can tell he’s very passionate about the farm. We are grateful that they had a entire tarp system that protected us from the light rain that happened in the middle of the night would definitely stay here again, looking forward to returning. Thank you, George, you and everyone at the farm were very welcoming.

Georges is a wonderful host.
He has been available directly from our arrival to guide us to our camp and to make a visit of the camp and his amazing farm and his passion.
Also The farm/camp is very well equiped: hot showers, toilets, sinks, drying area etc…
We warmly recommend everybody to go !!
And cars or tent are covered in case of rain 👌🏼
For sure one of our best meet during our big island journey ! Thanks George for your kindness and your tips (hot springs were great)

What a lovely place and host! George is extremely flexible, friendly, helpful and likeable. The sheltered spot for the tent saved our sanity in the heavy rain we sadly had to endure for a long time.
