Enchanted Oaks Camp &amp; Farm

So this is our second time staying on the farm and it won’t be our last! We love the environment. So peaceful and fairytale like. The farm animals are friendly and love being fed. The outdoor shower closest to the back of the farm are our favorites. They are bigger and have more light. The entire property has outdoor lighting which makes walking around at night beautiful. However, they aren’t always plugged in so you’ll have to find them yourself! Definitely worth the stay if you’re looking for an camping/glamping vibe. For us, we love to be one with nature so this is just right for us! It’s close to downtown Ocala and some of the local springs are just an hour away! We will for sure be back again!

The stay was overall enjoyable—the location was peaceful during the day and the scenery was lovely. The animals around were a nice touch, though it’s worth noting that there were goats, cats, and cows—not the zebra that was advertised. The place itself has potential but could benefit from better maintenance. The showers in particular were not in the best shape, and some parts of the property felt like they needed a bit more attention and care. One downside was the noise at night. On more than one occasion, loud music was playing late into the night, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, the host was not responsive during the stay, so there was no support in managing those situations. With some improvements in upkeep and host communication, this could be a great place. As it stands, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

Such a beautiful place but I would not recommend staying if you don’t like spiders and roaches all over your bed, unfortunately we stayed in our car because the spiders were so bad and we love to camp in a tent but this was just not it. And we were sad no zebra :( we had gotten the hobbit house that in the title of what we PAID for was supposed to have a door connecting to the zebra/cow enclosure, but nope, Cassie the host did explain the website can’t update but looks like the zebra has not been there for a long time. And someone else staying in the #3 cabin didn’t sleep in it because a spider the size of a hand was chilling right above the bed. Was a great time because we went with a group of friends and made a fire and slept in the car instead lol, the furniture to hang out anywhere was also infested with many spiders and huge webs.

This farm is sooo adorable! Cassie is great and welcoming, the places to stay in are very unique and decorated so boho vintage. Lots of space to walk, pet and feed animals, or even watch the stars. Easy to obtain wood, clean property. I will definitely return and stay in another unit. Very romantic space.

Beautiful for hangouts or proposals

This was an absolutely perfect place for my proposal during a camping trip! Lovely sceneary and perfect place to play games outdoors and cards and chill with some animals in semi-luxury. Would recommend!

Okay experience.

My stay was not up to potential. It’s a beautiful farm but when I got there, I noticed that the bed was unmade and had been slept in from the people before (bring your own bedding because they do not wash the sheets). I took the bedding off and slept un my own due to the unsanitary conditions. It didn’t seem like they maintain the place and kind of just count on you to. Another reason I booked this stay is because of the advertised electricity and AC unit. The power did not work and kept short circuiting. The owner was friendly and showed me how to fix the issue temporarily but the power kept going out every 10 minutes so I just went without. I did not get to see a Zebra during my stay here, only goats. There is also a friendly Cat on this farm but he was a bit of a nuisance in my personal opinion. The cat jumped into my car, kept harassing me for food, and jumped onto my bed, making it dirty. I suppose you’ll love this if you’re a cat person but otherwise, prepare to have your space invaded and your belongings tampered with. I ultimately left early due to these conditions.

Tiny Cabin on Farm #1 (With AC)

Magical experience! A happy medium between a hotel and camping. The goats and horse were very frendly and the atmosphere was so peaceful! I can't wait to come back.

absolutely loved it.. we had an issue with the cat, but I think he was just afraid and bit my daughter ( he was locked in the hobbit house we rented) Cassie was very accommodating and we were able to stay in one of the campers because my daughter was afraid of the cat ( he got her face so it was a little traumatic and got her pretty bad, punctured both temples, eyebrow and scratched her face when she reached to turn on the AC, but I think it was afraid being locked in the heat) . Otherwise, the grounds are gorgeous, as a photographer I had a wonderful time getting shoots of the kids. The petting zoo has no zebra but the animals are accessible and friendly. Feed is available and you can give them fruit and veggies they love! Overall it's a great place for a full experience camping... there's a different vibe every few steps... from vintage campers to a wedding hall, it's photo opp dream... and the kids didn't want to leave ever lol.

Full Week of Relaxation

The farm is a gorgeous property, nice and wonderfully quiet. Everyone I came across was very friendly and the animals seemed to enjoy respectful visits from campers. I had trouble checking in as Hipcamp confirmation did not give details about self check in as far as a gate code and such which resulted in me having to follow another camper in and finding my spot. It wasn’t until the next morning I met someone on the property that was part of the crew and he was more than apologetic and very helpful during my stay. My only other suggestion would be to get a plumber to look at the sink and shower drains as they did not seem to drain at all.

This is a good place. Some sites are not as pictures portray them; however, the host was great in rearranging area booked to one which suited me better. We will come back another time if it works out to do so.

Unique Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the farm! It was peaceful and a unique experience. The little houses are cute and quaint. We made a fire in the communal fire pit and met a few of the other campers who gathered at the fire with us. If you want a more private experience, rent the Lakehouse. It’s a small little house on the property, not too far but not too close. We ate dinner at Sonny’s bbq, a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

A different kind of camping

We fell in love with this place. Everything from the beauty of the property, the farm animals, the absolutely loving farm cat we named Gravy ( apparently guest name him) so I will not share his real name😄), to the host Cassie, who is amazing and has created a special place to share with others. We will definitely return and strongly recommend it to everyone. Love , love, love this place.

Enchanted Birthday Getaway

Enchanted Oaks is aptly named. Beautiful property and affordable cabins. Cassie was very warm and friendly. I highly recommend for those who would love to go glamping.

Enchanted Farms

The property and stay was amazing. Truly enchanting. Cassie was extremely accommodating and kind, ensuring we had enough firewood, blankets, and more. The Blue Door abode was plenty spacious. Farm animals all around the property. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Florida get away!

Best time ever!!!! :

I decided to book this for my birthday weekend and I could not have been more happy. We were greeted by Kermie the cat who was the most loveable snuggler of a cat and even slept with us the first night. All of the animals were awesome, I was able to feed the goats right from our bed and the place was beautiful. Nothing negative at all to say. Cassie was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back :)

Blue hobbit house

We rented the Blue Hobbit House and it was so cute just like the pictures. The goats and Zebra come right up to the window of the hobbit house and you can reach out to pet them… such a perk in itself!! The pet food is outside the petting area of the farm, not bought in the house store (no one was running it or the tree bar) that part I feel is just for looks or just for weddings. One downfall, the Wi-Fi available was very weak. My fiancé wasn't able to do his school work with it. Also, with no one living on site it made communication a bit difficult to mention something as small as running out of toilet paper. Everything else was a wonderful experience and the scenery was beautiful and so so peaceful! We will definitely be back again!

Cute getaway with some hiccups

We were very excited to stay in the Tiny Cabin and it was overall a good experience, you are in touch with nature and it is a cute getaway. There are some goats, ponies and even a zebra! When we arrived there was no one there to welcome us and show us the grounds, but there were a couple of maps that helped us figure out where to go and where the restrooms where. It was a bit difficult getting a hold of the host but they did respond eventually. Even though the listing expressed there was WIFI, it didn't really work. The A/C during the day did not make a difference with this Florida summer weather, but that is to be expected. The tiny cabin is near two others, which was ok, but we didn't expect to have the common area by our doorstep. All the other cabins where occupied with families and every time we stepped out, people could see into our cabin (which didn't allow a lot of privacy) and we would hear kids running outside and also smelled when the other occupants smoked. Again, it was a good experience but definitely some hiccups. Would like to come back during colder weather and less people.

Super cute!

Tiny Cabin on Farm #1 (With AC)

This place is super cute! It's nice having the A-Frame so you don't have to set up a tent. The animals and property are fun to walk around and there is plenty to do in the area. My only complaints would be the community trash cans were overflowing and gross. Someone came by to clean other cabins but walked right past the garbage. Also, there is only one bathroom/toilet for ALL campsites! The last day it was getting busy and this could become a problem. It was still a fun place though! Easy communication with the host.

A whimsical peaceful stay

A beautiful and whimsical property fir for all types of visitors. Solo, families, couples, friends...there are so many options of accommodation while remaining super spacious and peaceful. The whole property is so thoughtfully laid out and designed for enjoying being outside rain or shine, many options for activities and games, campfires and the comfort of restrooms and showers. A comfortable spot to drive right in, access fresh water and close enough to drive to stores for any food/forgotten items.

5 stars does not do his place justice, it deserves 100 stars! Do not come here expecting the 4 seasons but do come here to reconnect with a special person on this beautiful quiet property! Cassie and her son were so amazing the whole time and my kid did not want to leave, she actually cried and she is 9 years old! Words can't describe how blown away we are, we will definitely be back!
