The site sits among beautiful pine trees with amazing mountain views and plenty of privacy. We had a perfect mix of sunshine, shade, and cool mountain air. Watching storms roll across the peaks while sitting in camp was worth the trip alone.
The area was quiet, peaceful, and felt truly secluded without being difficult to access. There were great trails nearby for exploring, and it was the perfect place to spend time with my dogs. They had plenty of room to roam, hike, and relax around camp.
The wildlife, scenery, and overall atmosphere made this feel like a true Colorado mountain experience. Waking up to the smell of pine trees, drinking coffee while looking out over the forest, and ending the day under the stars made it hard to leave.
If you're looking for a peaceful mountain campsite with incredible views, privacy, and easy access to nature, this spot is hard to beat. I'll definitely be coming back.
