Hey everyone! If you’re trying to lock down 4th of July plans, you already know spots up here in Northern Arizona are filling up fast. I’m opening up a 1-acre spot for the holiday weekend, and it’s perfect if you want to grab your crew, load up the toys, and actually have some breathing room. This is a 3-day weekend booking (Arriving Friday, July 3rd – leaving Monday morning, July 6th) for a bigger group of up to 10 people. It’s the perfect size for two families to roll in together, unpack, and set up the layout exactly how you like. 🚜 Bring the Toys & the Rigs Space for Wheels: Got ATVs, dirt bikes, or trucks? Bring 'em. Big Rigs: I have enough room to accommodate an RV up to 40 feet. Just do me a favor: shoot me a message ahead of time with your exact setup so I can double-check the clearance for you before you roll in. 🌵 Pure Dry Camping (Pack It In, Pack It Out) This is a total off-grid, rugged dry camp. No water, no hookups, no trash cans. You’ll need to haul in all your own water and completely handle/pack out your own waste and trash. Let's keep the high country clean! 🌲 The Launchpad The property is sitting in a great spot to explore the area: Cruise into Williams or Flagstaff for food and classic high-country vibes. Head north for a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Hit up some nearby lakes for a morning of fishing. 🎯 Holiday Note: The 4th is always a mad house for camping up here. We loved camping here! Luciano & his wife are very kind and responsive, and they greeted us with a friendly smile upon arrival. Their land is absolutely beautiful! This was our last stop on a cross-country road trip, and I have to say this was our most comfortable camping experience of all. We slept very well here and felt safe. And a great bonus is that it’s only 40 minutes from the Grand Canyon!! Can’t beat that:) We highly recommend camping here. And it was toddler approved 😄 (Note: There is no toilet, so bring your own necessary portable supplies for this.)

We loved our stay at Luciano’s place!! He was so nice and very helpful. We got in late at night, and he helped us drive up to the site and provided us with some solar lights and a portable toilet. The site was gorgeous, and remote enough to feel secluded and private, but also close enough to help in case we needed anything. I would 100% recommend staying here. It was very peaceful and a great reset. Our dogs loved the place too!

We loved Luciano's place! It is on the primitive side, so it was perfect for stargazing! Both him and his wife were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for our trip as we were going through to Nevada and wanted to see the Grand Canyon which was about an hour away. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Spent one night on Luciano's peaceful and beautiful property. Luciano met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour before letting us settle in. A picnic table and a fire pit and a nice piece of level ground surrounded by trees provided the perfect place to camp and unwind after a long day of driving. And the night sky was one of the most brilliant we've ever seen. Highly recommend this site and the host!

Luciano and his wife were incredibly accommodating..we were able to set up anywhere. The gave us a fire pit. There is a picnic table and canopy were helpful..just off the 64. Real close to Williams, grand canyon entrance straight north..we were on motorcycles,and had no issues navigating the road in. Communication was excellent.

This was my first time trying a Hipcamp! I really enjoyed my stay on Luciano’s land! He and his partner were kind and welcoming. I was traveling alone with my dog and I felt very safe. I had some difficulty finding the location initially and Luciano called me and was patient and kind while we figured it out. (I recommend using Google maps, not Apple Maps - Google maps got me right to the location and Luciano’s instructions were great.) When I realized I was in the wrong area, Luciano even offered alternatives when we weren’t sure if I would make it. He went above and beyond as a host. They offered a composting toilet, tent stakes, and showed me where everything was upon arrival. They even let me know what types of noises to expect and when things typically happened in the area so I would feel good. They respected my privacy but were available if I needed anything. I felt safe, welcome, and relaxed. My doggo had a nice time too! Luciano has a beautiful doggie on his property and there were no issues with the dogs reacting to each other or anything like that. Gas station <10 minutes thay has water and necessities. 🏕️ would recommend! Great stay. Nice folks. Beautiful stars ✨

What a beautiful place to get away from it all! This is a beautiful property in a very quiet yet easy-to-access location. There's lots of space to spread out and pitch your tent on soft, level ground. Host provides many amenities upon request such as a canopy over the picnic table and a small porta potty.

Luciano and his wife were extremely kind and accommodating to us. They set out a small portable stove, set up a toilet for us and a canopy over the picnic table for escape from the sun because it was warm that weekend, all before we even arrived! They also let us use their fire pit with a grill top which was super kind. It was quiet and secluded. There is a hill close by for a nice morning hike although we didn’t have a chance to hike it. Bring plenty of water because it gets warm during the day in the summer!
