Hey everyone! If you’re trying to lock down 4th of July plans, you already know spots up here in Northern Arizona are filling up fast. I’m opening up a 1-acre spot for the holiday weekend, and it’s perfect if you want to grab your crew, load up the toys, and actually have some breathing room. This is a 3-day weekend booking (Arriving Friday, July 3rd – leaving Monday morning, July 6th) for a bigger group of up to 10 people. It’s the perfect size for two families to roll in together, unpack, and set up the layout exactly how you like. 🚜 Bring the Toys & the Rigs Space for Wheels: Got ATVs, dirt bikes, or trucks? Bring 'em. Big Rigs: I have enough room to accommodate an RV up to 40 feet. Just do me a favor: shoot me a message ahead of time with your exact setup so I can double-check the clearance for you before you roll in. 🌵 Pure Dry Camping (Pack It In, Pack It Out) This is a total off-grid, rugged dry camp. No water, no hookups, no trash cans. You’ll need to haul in all your own water and completely handle/pack out your own waste and trash. Let's keep the high country clean! 🌲 The Launchpad The property is sitting in a great spot to explore the area: Cruise into Williams or Flagstaff for food and classic high-country vibes. Head north for a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Hit up some nearby lakes for a morning of fishing. 🎯 Holiday Note: The 4th is always a mad house for camping up here. If you want a full acre to yourselves to relax, drop your gear, and hit the trails, shoot me a message to confirm your rig size and let's lock it in!Catch the tail end of summer in Northern Arizona! Experience warm days, gorgeous starry nights, and thrilling afternoon monsoon clouds. Bring your rig or setup and settle in. Summer is winding down, but the adventure doesn't have to! Come experience The Sidewinder Camp before the season shifts. This is a family-friendly, authentic dry-camping experience built for travelers who love nature in all its raw, dynamic glory. We are smack-dab in the middle of incredible local wildlife territory. Don't be surprised if you spot anything from a horned toad darting across the ground to majestic elk moving through or an eagle soaring overhead. * The Weather & Vibe: Right now, we are in the heart of monsoon season. Expect gorgeous, warm days and crisp, cool, beautifully starry nights. Keep an eye on the horizon in the afternoons for dramatic cloud build-ups and refreshing storms—part of the classic Arizona summer experience! * The Stargazing: Once the sun goes down and the skies clear up, the night sky puts on an unforgettable, unobstructed show. Pull up a chair and enjoy the blanket of stars. Important Details for Your Stay (Dry Camping & Self-Containment) * Bring Your Own Setup: This is pure dry camping. You will need to bring your own camping setup, whether that's a ground tent, rooftop tent, or custom rig. * Self-Contained is Key: Guests must bring their own portable showers, toilets, and privacy setups. * Pack It In, Pack It Out: To help us keep this slice of wilderness pristine, you must pack out all of your own waste and trash. Quick Booking Tips for Families * Be Prepared: Because of afternoon monsoon potential, make sure your tent stakes are secure and gear is weather-ready. * Kid & Nature Approved: A fantastic spot to unplug the family, teach kids about local wildlife, and enjoy campfire stories under the Milky Way. Book your spot now and experience the magic of the high desert before summer slips away!
