Willow Barn Ranch

This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power. The property has a 1200 foot grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane.

The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping.
 Many wineries and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens.

We offer 5 campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings.

These creatures may wake you in the morning with their Mooing. But we don't smell bad.

First Creek Camping

Early 1900's was logging camp, railroad used to run through the property. DNR land boarders the back of property endless roads and trails to walk, hike and Rockhound at First Creek.
Red top, Crystal Mtn, or Rockin Tomahawk( ellensburg blues) just 20 min away.  Just 40 min to Leavenworth Barvarian town, river rafting. 1 hr to the Gorge for concerts.
Great Gold mining just 30 min away
Can accomidate Rvs, just please call ahead if bringing one. Must enter with rv from North side hwy.
Have porta potty onsite, no electric or potable water.

Buck Meadows

This property has been in the Buck family for 70+ years and has always been a great place for our family to come and work, relax and enjoy ourselves. We decided to start sharing this beautiful land with people wanting to “get away from it all”. This land has great sentimental value and is shared with an abundance of wildlife. Learn more about this land:Welcome campers! We'd love to share our passion of our farm with people looking for a base camp to exploring the beautiful Yakima Valley. We are minutes from several wineries, outdoor activities, and other local attractions. You'll be parked in our lush grass pasture with no power/water available. We provide a fire ring (as long as there is no burn ban), and a 6ft picnic table (shared by all 4 sites). Wood is available for $10/wheelbarrow.

Remodeled 1940's orchard workers’ cabin done in romantic cabin decor. The large deck has views to Mt. Clemen, a porch swing, table , chairs, umbrella, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, and hot/cold drinking water. A new patio features fire pit/box. New Sanican is attached to cabin and includes outdoor hot/cold shower. Complex includes four view acres, surrounding gardens, and is nestled in a patch of forest. Close to many outdoor and cultural activities. 

The cabin is close to many trails, ATV trails, fishing, hiking, and rock climbing areas. The rural roads here are seldom traveled, mostly by farm and orchard tractors and vehicles, farmer's pickups and bicycles. Houses are widely spread, few are closer than a half block. There are many empty fields and parking can happen almost anywhere. There are several places to park next to the cabin, even for larger RV's. There is no public transportation out here. Ordinary road map directions for getting here are very simple and straightforward. When you arrive at the property, just pull into the curving drive. You will see the cabin by itself to the left. Just park in front.

Tieton is a rare place. The once dying town was re-discovered in the first decade of the new century by a couple friends on a mountain biking exploration. They got a vicious Goat's Head thorn in a tire and had to stop. They looked around at empty warehouses and closed stores and asked about it. The many small orchardists had been selling off their orchards to larger orchards and retiring. They saw opportunities in the empty buildings and had a vision. 

Artists, writers, poets, thinkers from all over the northwest have been visiting and moving here over the last 14 years, making this a unique town, with two hispanic restaurants, a gourmet restaurant, two convenience stores and a bakery. The town is thriving from grants for the local central park and from the activities now of two art galleries and many seasonal events. Check out Mighty Tieton .com. Mt.
