We live in the hills above the amazing Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side. Our five acres of towering pines and oak waft fresh piney breezes to refresh our travelers beneath skies thick with shining stars. This is a place to draw in peace from the surrounding nature and to take in the quiet of the wind in the trees. Our yurt is made of 100% organic material including the yak hair ropes and pure sheep felt that surround and insulate the structure. Our goal has been to provide a respite from city stress and to offer an opportunity for relaxation under a different type of roof.

Willow Barn Ranch

This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power. The property has a 1200 foot grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane.

The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping.
 Many wineries and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens.

We offer 5 campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings.

These creatures may wake you in the morning with their Mooing. But we don't smell bad.

We are minutes from several wineries, outdoor activities, and other local attractions. You'll be parked in our lush grass pasture with no power/water available. We provide a fire ring (as long as there is no burn ban), and a 6ft picnic table (shared by all 4 sites). Wood is available for $10/wheelbarrow.

Yakima river trails and vistas, minutes to wine tours and micro-brewery tasting locally grown fermented produce! Fine dining close by, less than 150 to Seattle, two hours to Rainer National park!

We loved the south RV spot, It was quiet and felt so spacious.

So much room, pretty much any rig could fit, if it can make the turn in. Lovely overnight spot. Our van was within one degree of perfectly level fore aft and side to side. The gravel drive kept everything tidy.

Look up events in Prosser and stay cheaply first come first serve. Yakima river only 2 miles away Columbia river about 30 miles away,Wineries galore. Nice restaurants and pubs. Nice and quiet.
