This is a private driveway in a great location in Big Cottonwood Canyon.  The driveway is long and surrounded by aspen, abutting the "old" unused house on my property, so it is private.  Although near the main road, the site feels private.  You are less than 1 minute walk to Big Cottonwood Creek, and there is hiking out the door in multiple directions, as well as easy biking to Solitude Resort.  As a bonus, you are 1/4 mile from Silver Fork Lodge if you get a hankering for a prepared meal.

Please note that there are NO DOGS allowed in Big or Little Cottonwood canyons. There is a high fine if so. So this is not an appropriate spot to bring your four-legged friends unfortunately. 

Midway "Treehouse" Cabin

Learn more about this land:Quaint, cozy cabin located up Lime Canyon and just minutes away from downtown Midway. Great for feeling like you're off the grid, but also within close proximity to all the amenities Midway has to offer (and within ~15 minutes of Park City). Other destinations close by include golf courses, fishing, hiking, and resorts like Zermatt and Homestead.

The bottom floor is great for hosting with plenty of room for guests between the large deck(beautiful views), living room, and kitchen space.

Seabase's water was visited by the pioneers on the way to California, and then was owned by Grantsville City as a "swimming hole", and now is a SCUBA and snorkeling resort.& event locationn.  Camping and events happen, and sometimes there would be no one here but you and the caretakers, sometimes a lot of people.
There are 20 acres to dry camp, so getting back away from traffic, or close to the water are options.

near but not the same water as the Great Salt Lake, our water is spring water bubbling through the salt deposits left behind by Lake Bonneville, before it receded thousands of years ago.

Rescue Farm

We started Starry Hollow Ranch rescue farm in 2017.  Over the years we have taken in and cared for goats, alpacas, llamas, horses, chickens, and turkeys.  Some of our rescues will live here as their forever sanctuary and some we find good homes for that will be best for their needs.  We look forward to sharing our little piece of heaven with each of our visitors, while hopefully learning a bit about your life and travels.

Stockton was born of the first mining boom in the Utah Territory. The mining industry began in the early 1860s to keep an eye on the overland mail routes during the Civil War. This property snuggled in the middle of
a small town feel and the big open space. With BLM land surrounding two sides there are ATV, horse trails and lakes within walking distance. 15 minutes from Tooele, 25 minutes to Grantsville, 40 minutes to Wendover, 50 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, 10 minutes to Five Mile Pass, 25minutes to The Great Salt Lake and 30 minutes to the ICONIC Bonneville Salt Flats. We are able to accommodate over night horse boarding if needed for an additional charge.

There are two locations to camp. One is close to the house and has hookups, the other is West of the house in pastures with no hookups. You will be surrounded by beauty and animals. There are some horses on site which campers are not to interact or touch but can enjoy watching them.  Enjoy Country living with open sky of stars, livestock and peace.
