This is on about 3 acres with a river running through it. It is only a 5 minute or so drive to Yuba Lake. The nearest town with a grocery store is Nephi, the nearest gas stations with convenience store and Dairy Queen is 7 miles away.

Come join us at the Deep Delfosse Ranch! We’re nestled between mountain ranges in the high desert of  Utah. The 360 sunsets alone will blow you away, and the stars are incredible. 

Bring your off-road vehicles for fun at Little Sahara and the miles and miles of BLM enjoyed by outdoors enthusiasts all summer.

We have one rentable camping trailer that sleeps 2 (we call her Sirius), and plenty of room for  other RV’s or tents of your own.

We’re one of 250 families in our organic, off-grid community. We’re just getting things up and running! We’d love to show you around if self-reliance is your thing, and we’re happy to leave you be if you’re seeking some rest and relaxation.

Yuba - El Conejo Lakeside

Park your van, trailer or RV a skip away from Yuba Lake on private 3 acre land. Unimproved parking space surrounded by beautiful views in all directions. Plenty of space to set up tents, pets welcome.  Just a minute away from the marina and Yuba Lake State Park amenities including zip line, potable water and dump with state park entrance fee. Enjoy the lake during the day and the stars at night.

Property has two sites. One, roadside, and El Conejo Camp Spot away from the main road featuring 4x20 step off deck, picnic table, and camp chairs, as well as NEW 30amp RV hookup. This is a pull thru or pull around site. 

Lake can be accessed with state park fee at the marina entrance and the north shore, or on the south side via five minute ride or 1.3 mi walk. Inquire about JetSki rental availability.

Road in is dirt with minor grade up to property.

Pahvant Homestead and Goat Ranch

Come and stay on our farm in Millard County. Enjoy a working farm with livestock. Appreciate some of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see.
Peace and quiet and open, with easy access.   Located 2 miles from Highway 100, and 5 miles from I 15.
This area is known for rock hounding, hiking, ATV'ing ect. Volcanic remnants, including lava tubes and hot springs are only a few miles away.
The beautiful Great Basin is located to the West and with Mountains to the East, you can find just about any terrain you'd like with in a few miles. 

Dusty Mountain Campground

A desert paradise.  Close enough to the lake for lots of fun, yet far enough away to be secluded from everyone.  Its quiet, you won't be bothered.  There's a private shooting range on the property, a playground for the kids, and an OHV trail around the 5 acre piece of land.  Potable water also available.
