1hr 20mins to Lake Meredith (near Fritch, TX). All sorts of water activities, camping, boating, hiking, picnics, etc...
22 mins to the nearest local restaurants, shops, and public pool. You'll have the best of both worlds at your fingertips during your stay here.

* There is plenty of extra parking for additional vehicles and utility trailers, making it easy for you to bring along everything you need for your outdoor adventures.
* Shared stone BBQ available for use.
* Washing machine and dryer available upon request.
* Water hydrant available whenever needed (help yourself, but not available to permanently hook up to your RV as there is only one shared hydrant).
* Also electric hookups are a possibility. If you'd like to pay for the materials, then I will do the installation for that. You will not be charged for electric usage for your stay for up to 3 months, if you've provided the materials necessary for the installation.
Available for daily, weekly or monthly stays. There are also possible opportunities to work off your rent by doing odd jobs around the property if you'd prefer paying that way.
