Peaceful environment with spacious secluded spots on the prairie around our 20 acre Ranch House. This is off the beaten track, perfect for families or solo adventurers alike. Pets welcome. We even have room for horses if needed. Whether your looking for nightly, weekly, or monthly stays our site is the perfect destination for those seeking a tranquil place with minimal traffic to relax. FUN STUFF TO DO NEARBY 20 mins to Palo Duro Lake located near Spearman, TX. Palo Duro offers Picnic areas, hiking, lake etc. (secluded area off the beaten track). 35 mins to Sunset Lake which offers picnic areas, hiking, lake activities (near Guymon, OK) 1hr 20mins to Lake Meredith (near Fritch, TX). All sorts of water activities, camping, boating, hiking, picnics, etc... 22 mins to the nearest local restaurants, shops, and public pool. You'll have the best of both worlds at your fingertips during your stay here. Paved or gravelled spots available. EXTRAS * There is plenty of extra parking for additional vehicles and utility trailers, making it easy for you to bring along everything you need for your outdoor adventures. * Shared stone BBQ available for use. * Washing machine and dryer available upon request. * Water hydrant available whenever needed (help yourself, but not available to permanently hook up to your RV as there is only one shared hydrant). * Also electric hookups are a possibility. If you'd like to pay for the materials, then I will do the installation for that. You will not be charged for electric usage for your stay for up to 3 months, if you've provided the materials necessary for the installation. Available for daily, weekly or monthly stays. There are also possible opportunities to work off your rent by doing odd jobs around the property if you'd prefer paying that way. Got questions? Please don't hesitate to ask!

This site has breath taking views of the sunrise, and is a flat concreted area in front of the hangar door for your RV which is then surrounded by grass. This site is secluded and you will not be able to see any other campers. The faucet is a short walk away, and the stone BBQ also a short walk away. There is TONS of grass parking for this site if you want to bring loads of extra vehicles.

You have a large grassy area near the Mulberry tree. The water can be easily accessed from this area which is a hose connected to a faucet, and the stone BBQ is just a walk across the yard. There is plenty of room on this plot for parking and more shared parking across the entire property if you have several vehicles, boats or other things you want to bring. You have roughly half an acre to yourself. No hookups.
