You will have the whole of a 10-acre property with incredibly dark skies, perfect quiet, peaceful seclusion, and rugged hill country beauty. You will be far enough from any major urban center to see the Milky Way and far enough from any highway to hear only the sound of the wind blowing in the meadow grass. There is a level caliche pad for travel trailers and easy access for rigs of any size - dry camping only at this time. A beautiful oak grove has been cleared and mulched with plenty of space for tents and a wonderful picnic table for camper use. A natural playground has been built - this is a great place for kids to explore and play! There is a fire-ring available for camper use when no burn ban is in effect. There is a rain-water collection system with non-potable water for fire-fighting use only. There is an outhouse equipped with a composting toilet system and instructions for use. There is an off-grid cabin on-site which is not currently available for campers (coming soon!). There is a swing, an old tractor tire, and a few cedar poles arranged in a small natural playground for children. There are a few hiking trails on the property and plenty of space to explore! There are a few old stone walls and artifacts from a 100-year-old farm on-site that are fun to discover! Come slow down and detox from the noise of the city in this pristine piece of the Texas hill country.
