The Magnolia is a great place to escape from the city. Some of the wildlife you may see or hear are cows, squirrels, rabbits, owls, coyotes and our free range chickens. We do ask that you give us a heads up if you plan to brings dogs so we can keep them in their coop for the day. Enjoy the stars from the hammock swings or lay a blanket out in the grass. We also allow tent camping for extra people beyond our 2 person limit for the building itself.

This is our family farm, though you probably will not see us much. The campsite is located on a corner of the property on Cummins Creek and once you get there you will feel secluded in nature. Matt grew up here swimming, fishing and exploring in this creek...the creek has taught him more about life than anyone ever could. I hope that you too can understand why we always walk alway feeling like this is a very special spot! We had such a great time here! It was perfect for the 2 of us, plus our dog. It was very comfortable and cozy, and we found a few good restaurants with patios so we could take our dog. She got to run around and play, and we got to relax in the hammock chairs and enjoy the fresh air. Wouldn't change a thing and will definitely be back! Jennifer was so nice and accommodating, and gave us a lot of info about where to go and what we could do. Absolutely recommend this place 1000%!

This trip was mega cool. The tree house was super comfortable. To everyone considering there I have a message: there is a property full size bed in the tree house. The photos make it look like it's a tiny sofa and you can't sleep on it, but in reality it is a proper bed big enough for two people. Over all I would give this place 5 out of 4 stars.

My wife and I had an amazing time at The Magnolia. Jennifer and her husband were super friendly and treated us with kindness. They greeted us and gave us a short intro. The set up in the tent house was full of thought and essentials. Flashlights, towels, matches, and first aid kit. They also had some outdoor games. Along with coffee cups and a French press! ☕️ We also bought some eggs and they were DELICIOUS! The eggs are a must! It completes the experience. 🍳 Our dog had an amazing time outdoors and really enjoyed his time out there! 🐾 I would recommend if it’s your first time glamming!

Weekend Trip to The Magnolia

Finding the Magnolia is a little tricky with Google maps (it just pinned it as part of a school district!) but the bumpy drive is worth it. The camping area is tucked around behind the barn, so you don't even notice the family home. The tent is super cute, the hammock chairs comfy, and the star-viewing? Superb. It won't be for everyone, but Jennifer gives all the details in the listing, so it shouldn't be a surprise that the bathroom facilities are rustic. Overall, a lovely experience. p.s. we got to cuddle with absolutely adorable outdoor cats during our stay, which was 10/10 for all participants!

Weekend Trip to Unique Gorgeous Bubble

We enjoyed the very unique experience at Jannett and Davis's property! It was surreal to sleep in an actual bubble. They had all the amenaties you come to expect, and we were remarkably comfortable. The pool, farm animals and other activities were also great! My only complaint is that the "approximate location" shown in the listing is almost a one-hour drive from the actual location, which you only find out after booking. This forced some changes to our schedule for the weekend and would have been nice to know up front. But we still would have stayed here, and I'm glad we did.

Incredible experience! You are not only booking a dome to stay in, but Davis is an attentive, full-service host. He helped move our luggage with his ATV, started the fire, adjusted the hot tub to the temperature we needed, brought out speakers, etc. The amenities are also amazing-- pool is incredibly clean, firepit is nice, outdoor kitchen with drinks and snacks, goats and animals around. Davis even let us have fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast! He is such a thoughtful host and really goes the extra mile for his guests!

This was a great experience, a getaway from the hustle and bustle enjoying the quietness. The fresh air really was amazing and I look forward to doing it again at the same place I connected with nature, spirituality, and I was able to forget about the responsibilities that keeps us all bogged down and just be at peace. I had a wonderful time.
