At the end of a one lane rock road- this is a very secluded property. It is perfect for tent camping groups and individuals, has a very positive vibe and is more peaceful than most state parks. It adjoins a 950 acre wildlife park with 1200 exotic animals. Many can be seen from the road or you can pay to drive through and feed the animals. Your host is Randall Oliver. He has been organizing group campouts for years and enjoys hosting, bringing people together and inspiring a love of nature, camping and paddling. Everyone is welcome and campers are treated like family. He can teach your kids to kayak and build a camp fire. You can fish for largemouth bass, cat, crappy and bluegill in the two ponds and swim, paddle kayaks and paddle boards, hike the jungle trail and socialize around the campfires. There are no designated campsites. You can camp anywhere except between the green building and the front pond. No vehicles are allowed back on the property. Off road wagons are provided to help haul your gear. Front pond camping areas are 30-100 yards from parking area. The rear pond is more secluded but farther from the parking and outhouse. There are four fire pits around the front pond and one next to the rear pond. The tiny handcrafted Hummingbird Tree House is perched on an elevated deck overlooking the front pond. and features a queen bed, a bed in the loft for two small kids, electricity, lights, fan, hummingbird stained glass windows, screened operable windows and a screened, operable porthole window in the kids loft. The deck has lights, tables and chairs and outdoor table and chairs and a thatch covered umbrella. There is no heat or AC in the tree house. You must bring your own sleeping bags, blankets and pillows. No food, smoking or pets allowed in the tree house. There is a rustic outhouse with a modern composting toilet, sink, faucet, lights, soap, etc. and a nearby cold water outdoor shower (no privacy), sink, counter and faucet. Had a great time at Allison’s property! We were at tent #2 it was very spacious for the both of us and our dog! The bathhouse was decorated beautiful and super clean as well. The trails and pond were nice, she even had a fun geocache game which was super fun at night! Would come here again 100%!

Lamas everywhere, much touch, good fun. Good campsite, chose to camp outside enclosure but camping inside with the lamas is an option. I was worried they might be too pushy bit they were very friendly, only really pushed if you had food for them, then they'd surround you. Very large area, free to walk around, lovely vibes.

This is a great camping spot for families. The hosts made our stay easy and checked in each day with any updates and or to see if we needed anything. Being able to get firewood, kayaks, ice, and fresh water from the hosts was convenient. The views along the river are amazing. Cell coverage is limited, which we liked. Wildlife is present all around the property, the coolest being the owls, whose hoots would resonate and echo off the river. Speaking of the river, the water is very calm in front of the camp sites, with most allowing for pretty easy entry. Plan on bringing life jackets for kids. This is a camping spot we will definitely be returning to!

After owning and maintaining this land for 30+ years, it’s clear that this is a passion project for Randall. We saw him daily around the property, introducing himself to visitors, checking to make sure we found everything we needed, and installing helpful new signage around the grounds. The provided utility carts were a life saver when it came to loading gear from the vehicle to the campsite and back. This was the perfect escape for a long weekend, and we loved that the kids enjoyed playing in the dirt, riding bikes, swinging in hammocks and roasting marshmallows - never once asking for a screen. Heads up for future visitors, you will hear the animals from the safari throughout the night, and sounds like they’re just behind the bush, but they’re safely behind a tall fence. Took a little getting used to, but we’d come back for sure!

We had an absolute blast tent camping this weekend! The sites were really big! I love that they deliver fire wood right to your site. Having a bathroom near was also nice! They were very friendly and communicated with us multiple times throughout the weekend. We hope to be back very soon!
