We have a lot of fun here and have become a real social spot in this incredible community. When staying here you can expect to meet other travelers and locals alike. If you play music, all the better, as music usually fills the air here. From the house piano to any number of friends who stop by just to jam for a while. We are 21 and up, due to having a bar (BYOB) and just want adults to feel comfortable being adults . Cool spot right outside the town so you can walk to the bars and restaurants. The sites were level and well spaced out. When the bathroom trailer is on line it will be awesome.

Level spots, friendly people, nice and quiet at night. Wifi is not password protected which made working for a challenge (FYI if you work remote). Dan was very nice and we could walk to grab a bite or a drink. We were also close enough to get a few hikes in at both parks.

If you’re trying to disconnect from the city, this is THE SPOT. Unrivaled location: walking distance to Venga (coffee, breakfast, lunch, pretty hip, a teenie taste of city ); High Sierra Restaurant (restaurant & bar vib); 1-minute drive to Terilingua Ghost Town (a literal ghost town but with more food, dessert, souvenirs, but that’s what we loved about it); dead center between Big Bend Natty Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park (about 15 minutes either way). Dan and Harlan will take great care of you! Patient and hard-working. RV pads are still being worked on but full hook-ups are there. We’ll definitely be coming back for round 2.

We stayed at site number #21. The other campers were very friendly and helpful as this was our first time in an RV and they gave us some good pointers!! The site had a beautiful view of the mountains and the stars at night!! ✨️😍🌄✨️ It was windy when we stayed, but very peaceful and quiet! It was the perfect spot to explore all that the ghost town had to offer and a short drive to Big Bend! We look forward to making more memories in our new camper!

I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this site, but man was I pleasantly surprised! Sites were plenty big, full hookups, and the location was prime. Right next door to some of my favorite places. We walked to Starlight, had coffee at Venga. All a stone’s throw away. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to Daniel’s flexibility we stayed in site 19 with good views of the desert & sunsets. It’s a great location to access both Big Bend NP & SP plus the extra bonus of being close to Terlingua Ghost Town w its diverse & eclectic community. All hookups worked perfectly. We were here 5 days & felt like our own little piece of heaven.

The entrance is easy to miss - especially after dark. The RV spaces seem very new. It will take some time for the rocky pads to settle. But we weathered a pretty big storm overnight and there were no puddles or mud. You can walk to a few places from there too.
