Beaver’s Pond is situated in the sweetest town of Texas Honey Grove.There is a picnic table a fire pit and a bbq grill in front of the cabin & there is a gas stove, mini fridge and a water heater. There is not city water or electricity, but If you bring a power station or generator, you will have electricity. There is a water well in the cabin with a water pump. There is a wood burning stove inside. The bathroom is outside on the left side of the cabin with toilet sink and shower. There are two kayaks and a paddle board for you to use. Beware of beaver holes when walking outside of the cabin and please don’t cross the pond, it’s my neighbors property.

Bring your fishing gear! Catch and release fishing 🎣allowed.

Glamp like a Champ

Make memories on our 106 acre Family ranch/farm offering several “Rooms with a view”. Experience the country lifestyle without all the sacrifices. Recharge, re-energize your mind, body and spirit in this tranquil, private setting. Watch the wildlife including deer, hogs, geese, ducks and an occasional Bald Eagle. The sunsets are truly magnificent, stars are bright (no city lights). Fire pits is provided (wood available for purchase or bring your own) fishing for bass, catfish or perch (catch and release only) 

Things to consider: 

1) Fishing is Catch and Release only

2) Farm animals make noise (roosters crowing, goats bleat, cows moo and coyotes howl.

3) Buy our Almost  famous Dill Pickles. Made with farm grown Armenian cucumbers. A real hit with our hipcampers. 

4) some farm fresh eggs. Our free range chickens work hard for our hip campers.

5) Our charcuterie boards are legendary (can’t miss) 

6) Two State Parks within 30 minutes for additional hiking (Tawakoni State park and Cooper State Park)

Camp Discovery

Camp Discovery is a 40 acre family-ran campground located about 70 miles northeast of Dallas, Texas. As you drive through the gates into our land you instantly feel transported to a place of peace. Our marked road leads you through juniper trees, wild deer (and sometimes boar), open land straight to your chic glamping tent. Take an easy hike through our land. Make a special dinner or have a picnic on our custom made farm tables. Book a private yoga class, soundbath session, cacao ceremony (depends on availability) on our suspended yoga deck.

Texoma Woods

Campsites surround a fishing pond. Heavily treed and shaded area. Private surroundings outside of city limits. Some sites have a fire pit and some a fire ring, but all have campfire capability. Sites #3 & #4 have parking next to them. Sites #1 & #2 will require a bit of a hike from parking area, so you may want to bring a cart. Property is a few minutes away from downtown Denison, 15 minutes from Lake Texoma and broader restaurant/shopping selections in Sherman, and 20 minutes from Choctaw Casino in Durant, OK.

Sleep Under the Pecan Trees

Explore the 100 acre property that has 15 designated camp sights.... The closest two are about 100 yards apart.  All the sights are near trees. Some Giant evergreens but most are near one of the 200 year old Pecan trees.  Creeks meander through the woods and all meet on the South side of the property. 9 Horses, 20 donkeys and the friendliest mule ever! They Dot the property. Also deer, recoon, squirrel  and an occasional armadillo may visit.  A Great stocked pond and 3 other ponds make for beautiful fishing and photos etc.

Just 45 minutes from Dallas and  5 minutes from almost all of Greenville. Enjoy the quiet, peaceful and beautiful pond loaded with fish.
