Our bus is tucked away into a cozy property in the country south of town near I-27 and FM 1585. It is 2 mi from Cook’s Garage, 10 mi. from Tech, & 15 mi. from the airport. It has a private bedroom with a Queen bed, a kitchenette, living space, a shower & toilet. We have gourmet coffee from a local roaster. We have amazing views of the sunrises & sunsets! You will not find anything as unique in Lbk as the experience of staying our bus.
*Note: If you are 6’ or taller you may not be able to stand upright in the bus.

I was so pleased to see this unique spot on our path to Austin from New Mexico. It was a little hard to find at night because there are no distinguishing features on the driveway and you can't see the address but it's a sweet funky little throwback to a great American pastime. A gypsy pastime. My 10 yr old was elated and. we had a lovely evening powering down and watching a dvd and reading about all the folks living this lifestyle. Reminded me of living on the road 30 years ago on our way out west
We were very comfortable
I would say it somewhat defeats the purpose that it's as expensive as a hotel stay but certainly more interesting and well worth it for the memories.
Also the bed mattress needs to be more firm. I don't mind memory foam but this is like coma foam. It's so squishy that it tacos in the middle. That's not the right choice for the public accommodations
Other than that, it's pretty cute inside and well appointed. I had an absurdly delicious coffee in the morning to send us On our way.

I’ve stayed several times here and plan to again! This time around Lynnea was particularly accommodating considering the frozen lines and I am so very grateful for her flexibility!
