A great Thai restaurant is hard to find. In the search authentic Thai food, My Wife realized she would have to cook her own Thai food. Being born and raised in Thailand, great Thai food was was on every corner. She went to the Asian Markets and bought the ingredients and cooked. Something was still missing. Of course what is missing is the Thai fresh food markets that are very common in Thailand.
