A few rules...
1. Check in is before sunset. We ask that all Hipcampers wait at gate for staff to guide you to your location for safety reasons. Contact us if you arrive ahead of schedule.
2. No wondering by the upper level cabins (these are private property). Showers are behind these cabins. Please respect staff spaces.
3. If you have an extra vehicle, please park it with your other vehicle.
4. If you have a 3rd extra vehicle, let us know and we will direct you where to park it.
5. Please be courteous of other campers space and road access.
6. All kids are free. If your kids are 17 and under do not add them or it will charge.
7. If you have an impairment please let us know before booking so that we can ensure a space is ready and suitable for you.
8. All dogs must be on leash. Please clean up your dogs Poop.

Pets are always allowed but we do charge $40 PER pet PER night. We do ask that you keep your pets off of the couch and the bed and clean up any “restroom breaks” outside.

Dripping Springs offers a huge variety of fun activities and places to visit. Within a 10 to 15 minute drive you can visit countless local wineries, breweries and distilleries. There are also many amazing state parks such as Pedernales Falls, Blue Hole, Jacobs Well and Hamilton Pool that are always great to visit. Dripping Springs is also known to the wedding capital of Texas
If you are in need of transportation you can always call an Uber or Lyft but if you are up for the drive, using your own personal vehicle is the best way to get around.

A few rules...
1. Check in is before sunset. We ask that all Hipcampers wait at gate for staff to guide you to your location for safety reasons. Contact us if you arrive ahead of schedule.
2. No wondering by the upper level cabins (these are private property). Showers are behind these cabins. Please respect staff spaces.
3. If you have an extra vehicle, please park it with your other vehicle.
4. If you have a 3rd extra vehicle, let us know and we will direct you where to park it.
5. Please be courteous of other campers space and road access.
6. All kids are free. If your kids are 17 and under do not add them or it will charge.
7. If you have an impairment please let us know before booking so that we can ensure a space is ready and suitable for you.
8. All dogs must be on leash. Please clean up your dogs Poop.

Dripping Springs offers a huge variety of fun activities and places to visit. Within a 10 to 15 minute drive you can visit countless local wineries, breweries and distilleries. There are also many amazing state parks such as Pedernales Falls, Blue Hole, Jacobs Well and Hamilton Pool that are always great to visit. Dripping Springs is also known to the wedding capital of Texas
If you are in need of transportation you can always call an Uber or Lyft but if you are up for the drive, using your own personal vehicle is the best way to get around.

So a friend of mine recommended this spot and the family liked the idea of camping Christmas weekend so that's what we did. Booked the cute little camper and pitched a tent outside. It worked out perfect for a family of 4 adults & 2 littles. The camper is so adorable and was very comfortable. They've got a mini fridge, coffee pot w/ coffee provided and even had a TV! Guys were able to watch the football game on a big screen! Oh and did I mention it's air conditioned! Huge fire pit and the outhouse was pretty cool. 2 showers and toilet and just across from the camper which was very nice. Towels and shampoo were provided even. They had canoes to use at your discretion. A swing for small ones. Very much a nice & cozy spot and would definitely camp there again!

Terry's Spot is the perfect campground. Me and my company couldn't have enjoyed our time more. Everything was nice and clean. Bridget is the perfect hostess. Gave us a little tour of the land and showing us the hot tub shack. I highly recommend booking with Bridget for your next camping trip. We will be returning for another visit.

Absolutely everything is what you would expect. This was an oasis hidden in an unexpected place. I came for solitude and a menu for each meal, just to toss is out of the window and explored the eateries within distance (thanks Tamara!). I will definitely be back with the family and more, I want everyone to know, this is a place of peace and freedom. Our stay in the safari tent was really nice. Exactly as pictured and described! The setup was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a camping trip without the hassle of packing heavy gear. The bathroom with the powered rooftop was such a great bonus and made the experience even better. We loved the balance of being close to nature while still having all the little comforts covered.

Loved the vibe of this place! I stayed in the airstream and it was so cute and fun. They put a lot of details that made my stay comfortable. The area is beautiful and having access to the Colorado River was awesome. We took rides in the golf cart and hung out at the pool. Super dog friendly and I appreciated how safe I felt in the space. The container bathrooms were clean and loved the set up. Also appreciated the showers having a bench and hooks. I can tell they put a lot of thought into the little things that make a good stay. We had the most fantastic weekend staying on Bridget’s land. The super cute camper was the perfect size for me and my 2 daughters. There were kayaks available and a boat that we were able to use on the river. The scenery was amazing and so relaxing- literally right on the river. The bathroom was the best I have ever used on a camping trip. There is a flush toilet and 2 showers with plenty of hot water! Bridget was so kind and communicative about the property and with questions I had. I will definitely be back. It is so worth it- you won’t regret staying here!!

Lost horizon was a great experience for us. I’m in my 40’s and we enjoy camping but I am not into communal living or multiple units close together. This offered the seclusion we wanted and a fair price. You will need a 4x4 vehicle or at least a full size suv to get down the last stretch of road to the sites. Everything else is just as noted on the site and within the website for the property. Don’t hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful time staying at Lost Horizon with our two pups! We enjoyed the quiet and serene surroundings, saw mule deer and antelopes, and felt 100% rejuvenated and recharged. Before I could get out of the truck to unlock the door, my husband is yelling from inside the fence, “Babe! I love this place!” And we hadn’t even stepped inside to see all of the thought and effort that was put into the cabin. They have everything you could possibly think of. The only thing not in the cabin is an oven, unless I absolutely missed it. Two loft queen size beds with the master bed being a king size. A shower indoor and outdoor. A desk workspace. Every space so well used up. The hot tub was soooooo nice with the out door games! My husband and I own a CPA Firm and needed the little two night getaway to simply relax! I highly recommend Eder’s Property for any future stays. It is family friendly, but it’s more on the romantic side and nice to walk around naked if you wish because the whole housing is private fenced. I know we will be back for certain! Joe and Misty
