A cedar bathhouse with a toilet and hot water shower is a five minute walk from the tent sites and non potable water is available from the tap. A fire pit is available except during dry conditions . Weekend Trip to Dinosaur Valley RV Park

The cabin was very clean and well appointed. All of the basics including linens were provided. This is a large RV resort with an adult pool and a family pool, which is nice. It is directly across the street from dinosaur world, a walk-through dinosaur park with over 75 life-size dinosaur replicas. The state park allows you to view real dinosaur footprints, along with swimming, biking, hiking opportunities. Very close to Glen Rose for supplies. Fossil rim, a drive-through nature zoo, is minutes away. Definitely kid and family friendly RV park.

Magnificent place! Secluded and quiet. Lots of trails to walk and find interesting things. Don’t be like me and forget to bring food and a way to cook it if there’s a burn ban because the stores are not exactly a 5 minute trip. We will be back without a doubt!

Such a beautiful, well cared for, and peaceful site. Feels like you’re really out in the woods but it’s still 10 minutes from a gas station, stores, and there’s some restaurants (a pizza place that looked good!). I was here as a mom recovery personal retreat as a gift from my husband, and seriously to any moms, this was AMAZING!! The bed was COZY, bath house very new, modern farm house decor, beautiful and smelled like pine and sunshine fields, and it was a 1 minute walk from cabin through peaceful trees/fields. I got to see the wild flowers blooming, and I SLEPT so good! Just birds, light breeze. Way better than a hotel get away! I was actually going to go back packing for my weekend, but went here instead and definitely was worth it as a restful mom weekend given how tired I was. Had a very cute electric hot water kettle, and a French press which was a great surprise, they provided these great fluffy towels for bathhouse. Also the wood for the fire was cut perfectly, with a few sticks and the fire starter made it so easy to get a fire going (granted I’ve started a lot of fires) but really whoever cut the wood did really well. Also, wood covered so it was dry for me, yay! Had some beautiful sleeping in on a cozy warm bed, fresh good coffee listening to birds, cool breeze, going for a light hike to see the flowers, trees. Hot slow shower in clean, beautiful pine scented bathroom with waterfall shower head and wooden floors while listening to the birds singing. LOVED it!

We stayed in Cabin 2 and loved it!! The decor was super cute and classy, the bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed! Mini fridge, microwave, keurig with complementary coffee pods, tea, sugar, and half and half. They even had a hot pad and pans if we wanted to cook there! The service was perfect. They are so kind and caring! We loved everything about our stay! We hope to be back one day!
