People enjoy flying kites, picnicking, camping, hiking, nature study, radio controlled devices, rock hounding (surface hunting only, no digging allowed), fishing, kayaking, swimming or wading in the water( depth of water varies and may drop off without warning, rocks are also underwater and not visible at all times), observing ranch work, riding bicycles or hoverboards, feeding our cattle and goats (only our special "cookies" or approved foods please), walking their leashed pets, collecting firewood to burn, sitting around our communal fire pit and stargazing while checking out the visible Milky Way. Escanaba Bend is a fully operating and working cattle ranch. We raise our livestock kindly from birth thru end of life, with the goal of producing happy, healthy and natural beef cattle. Most of my guest love sharing the spaces with the horses as they love guest and will show up to welcome you and enjoy hugs and petting. There are also wildlife, lots of Deer, Blackbucks, Jackrabbits, wild turkeys, Foxes, and other critters hang out on the property and drink from the pond. The nighttime welcomes a million stars. If there is no burn ban and you have a pit, just enjoy a fire on the ground with a cool drink, This is also a good time to enjoy an outside shower under the night sky.

Plus the drive out from town is beautiful with Bonnets galore on both sides of the road, Secluded Ranch 12 miles from town on County Rd 108. Open pastures and live oak trees with a pond. Quiet and relaxing Hill country atmosphere. 50 open sites. Fish in the pond, relax and enjoy watching the wild and none wild critters. Nearby there are several Lakes, caves, wineries, breweries, small-town shopping, and a quaint country atmosphere. I have 3 horses and a miniture donkey. Most of my guest love sharing the spaces with the horses as they love guest and will show up to welcome you and enjoy hugs and petting. There are also wildlife, lots of Deer, Blackbucks, Jackrabbits, wild turkeys, Foxes, and other critters hang out on the property and drink from the pond. The nighttime welcomes a million stars. People enjoy flying kites, picnicking, camping, hiking, nature study, radio controlled devices, rock hounding (surface hunting only, no digging allowed), fishing, kayaking, swimming or wading in the water( depth of water varies and may drop off without warning, rocks are also underwater and not visible at all times), observing ranch work, riding bicycles or hoverboards, feeding our cattle and goats (only our special "cookies" or approved foods please), walking their leashed pets, collecting firewood to burn, sitting around our communal fire pit and stargazing while checking out the visible Milky Way. This neighborhood is very peaceful but also just 10 mins from the local HEB grocery store, Starbucks, fast food, local cafe's and amenities. 30 minutes drive from Austin Texas and the downtown day/night life. People who live here, don't usually leave or move because they love it so much. It's a niche neighborhood full of friendly folks. This area also welcomes golf carts or ATV's to get around. This RV space is outside of city limits and we don't have city regulations which makes for a very relaxing environment. The RV space is big enough to park up a 30-50 feet camper comfortably. Must be a long term tenant (6+months) to enjoy lake access. The peaceful neighborhood and lake fun make this space a one of a kind. The home on the property is completely secluded and fenced off (photos don't reflect new fencing installed). Space is available May 19, 2024 Notes: Long Term (6+months) Non-aggressive pets welcome (breed & weight restrictions apply) Shot records required.
