Super convenient. Great place to stop and rest after a long day of driving on I-40. Plenty of room to stretch my legs and exercise my dog. Got some amazing sunrise photos with the windmills.

Our family had an absolute blast here. From exploring the old ruins, to seeing tarantulas and bombardier beetles, to even a tiny mouse, we had so much fun exploring. The night sky and the stars were incredible, as well as the lightning show behind our rv. Usually there is too much light pollution in other places, but this spot was perfect! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we will definitely be back if we pass this way again.

Blanca and Blair were incredibly gracious hosts. The campsite was immaculately clean and effortlessly navigable. The hosts were readily available onsite and eager to assist me with any questions or needs. We will definitely be going back. Tip- take water and portable power bank.

Host was friendly and great. Informed us a little of the family history of the property and surrounding area. Was also on top of letting us know about some iffy weather we'll ahead of time. Property was easy to find with host directions and was pleasant. Would stay again.
