We offer plenty of places to camp and hammocks to sleep on. This is a mellow spot and peaceful for those who want to relax and take a deep breath. We don't host big parties and all nighters. Not our style.
We use a security camera outside only so that our guests are as safe as possible. The compound is also gated. Please make sure everyone in your group is listed as guests with your reservation. We don't want to back charge.

This place was quiet! They have restroom facilities that are the best I’ve seen so far. Super clean! Management her was amazing. We checked in kind of late and she greeted us and helped us to our location. We used a tent but they have water spickets and outlets for charging! It’s family tradition that every few years we go to Marfa to see the lights. We will for sure be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Joy is an absolutely delight. She was so helpful with check-in and responded immediately when we realized our tire pressure was low. The bathrooms & showers were clean and accessible. The dark sky was great for star watching and Davis Mountains State Park is just around the corner. My wife and I loved tent camping here. Perhaps more suited for RV and van campers because of how close the sites are, but it was ideal for our situation. Perfect location for both Marfa and Fort Davis activities. Joy was an excellent host and always made sure we were taken care of. The clean bathrooms, warm showers, and free WiFi were the perfect creature comforts after our days outdoors. Early in the morning we could see deer and javelina’s near the property which is a plus for us. Would very much recommend to others and if you’re tent camping don’t overlook the advantage of being right outside the state park (like 10 minutes), but with more accessible comforts for a better nights rest.

This was such a unique and cool place to spend a night! The location is super convenient for exploring the town of Marfa, and it felt so cool to have this whole little “compound” of airstreams, campsites, a bar, and even an old adobe church where you can have a fire or play cornhole. Having a lock on the gate to the community added an extra layer of safety that I really appreciated. Robert was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and generous. We absolutely loved Marfa and will be back!

Had a great time! My friend and I had the campsite to ourselves but we LOVED our stay in the little blue RV and the hammocks were delightful. Would certainly come back when in Marfa. The hosts were amazing. The bathroom is also quite nice after camping for a while.
