All of our sites are full hook-up with sewer, water and electricity (30 and 50 amp). We have plenty of shaded sites. In November, we had over 10 inches of rain. It was a blessing for our grass and cover crops, however, the spill way at our campground was severely damaged. Therefore, the pictures of our beautiful pond do not portray the actual visual of what you will see. We are in the process of working with engineers to repair the spillway. You will still enjoy the beautiful sunsets, serene environment and we have three other ponds suitable for fishing. We offer two full camper hookups and several tent camping options. We have a permanent toilet and sink on-site. We are a full time working farm. We have beef cattle, sheep, horses, goats and chickens. For an additional cost, we offer farm tours and we are willing to cook for our guests. There are several wineries and breweries nearby. This is the perfect spot if you need to escape the chaos of life and enjoy some peace and quiet.

I really loved the openess of the camping spot at Blank Canvas Hip Camp. The owner Amiee met me on the road adjacent to her property just as a huge thunderstorm was rolling in and directed me to the camp entrance. Set up my trailer on my spot just in time to watch a terrific lightning show against a vast north Texas backdrop. A great memory of my trip thru the length of Texas and one of the reasons I enjoy using the Hipcamp app so much! I would highly recommend Amies Hipcamp if your traveling thru North Texas.

The land was so beautiful, private, and remote. It was also very easy to navigate and 2wd accessible. Beware the sac spiders! There are many of them because of the geographical location. They are nocturnal so just make sure your tent is set up before nightfall. Unbeatable stay!

Yet another wonderful stay at Blank Canvas, lost count, fifth or sixth stay so far. Highlight was finally getting to meet Amie in person as she delivered the farm fresh eggs (from a neighbor) that we purchased along with our reservation. Just as lovely and kind as she has always been in all our communications over the years. Her site has always been a welcome break from the road, and is easily accessible in a Class-B (what we drive) or likely any model car or camper you have.

This RV site location has beautiful scenery and is very peaceful. Located just 3 miles from town for easy access to dining and other necessities, but just far enough out to feel completely free of the world. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the Graham area!

Lost track of how many times we have stayed in the last three years (I think at least our fifth), but far and away our favorite place. Easy and straight forward directions from the highway (about 10 minutes off the highway) and well worth it for the peace, quiet, isolation, wide-open vistas, and dark skies for viewing the stars. Always welcoming and responsive. Thanks again for hosting us Amy.

Great place for a quick stop or maybe a longer stay. Less than a mile off the highway. All the essentials for an RV park; sites with post lights, propane, rv parts, full hook-ups, garbage disposal. There was a pool that looked to be well maintained for the summer months. So easy to find, nothing fancy. Helpful & responsive host
