Rebecca had ample room for us and we were able to look at their fruit orchard and greenhouse while we were there. Very quiet. And our pets were welcome.

Great experience camping at Utopia Farm. Ray and Cindy are easy going and a pleasure to chat with. We love the horses, so very friendly. Goats are a riot! They we’re interested in what we were doing (Overlanding). We love sharing our adventures with those who are interested. Looking forward to seeing them again and highly recommend camping here!

Weekend Trip to Mike's country home and land

Incredible getaway: wooded trails, great fishing, peaceful canoe, beautiful views, and the best hospitality. We rented a golf cart to explore the land a bit more and that was a great addition to our trip. We did not want to leave and we cannot wait to come back! Thanks for everything Mike!

1 night at Private Oasis In The Forest

We loved it! Amazing spot for our dog to roam, lovely but short trail around the lake, a little row boat we didn't use but would have been a fun little adventure - we set our tent up inside because the windows are wide open so just to keep bugs off us though we didn't notice many the night we were there - great experience especially for the price! We were tenting and it was calling for a thunderstorm and we couldn't have asked for a better spot to watch watch the rain come down and listen to it on the tin roof!

The location is perfect! It's beautiful and feels very secluded and "away from it all", while not actually being in the middle of nowhere. It's close enough to various stores and the highway should you need supplies or whatever, but on the property you can kinda forget the outside world for a little while. And the hosts are awesome! They are gracious and friendly. A+++ 10/10 I highly recommend.

Great stay in Columbia, SC. The host came out to greet us upon arrival and was very accommodating. It was quiet and safe and close to I 20 on/ off ramp. Fire ring and picnic table are included with the site. The stay was easy to find, per the directions provided, and we highly recommend this location! Very pleasant, quick overnight location.

Telly was a wonderful host! Even though he doesnt have water he was noce enought to offer to get me some from him home Lovely area that felt private & safe, had a picnic table & a new fire pit & the site was very level & you could pull through if you want. The location was close to everything you could want to go do. Plus everything was super close. There are trains nearby that go around 11pm. Truthfully I loved hearing them. I was able to use my generator through the night because it is an inverter & quiet. Loved that he let me know that the RV park acrossed the main street offers a sewage dump. Would highly recommend if you are coming into the area

Weekend Trip to Utopia Farm Camping

This property was ideal for our family gathering! The kids all had a blast, and Ray and Cindy were such excellent hosts. There are horses, goats, donkeys, chickens/roosters, and a nice little trail around the property. Having the barn with full bathroom and full kitchen made life a lot easier. We also enjoyed spending time in the heated/cooled living area. Would definitely recommend!

This place will exceed your expectations. Really nice folks own/run the place. Beautiful land with friendly animals no complaints at all. The barn and common areas are just a huge cherry on top from what I was really expecting when I set out to go camping.

We loved our time here, and my fiance enjoyed his birthday. Nice quiet retreat from the hustle of life.

2 nights at Norman Farms

This was a great stay! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I had no problem backing out in my 19 foot travel trailer. It’s a beautiful and peaceful location right off the highway.

1 night at The Old Rooster Farm House

This was a quick overnight stop for us, and we were very happy. The host was kind and accommodating and was sure to come out and greet us and was eager to offer help with setup. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous historical home on site, and a greenery lined privacy fence to the rear of the sites. We were able to find a flat space within the site and didn’t even need to leveling blocks. It is equipped with a large fire ring and a picnic table. The property is nestled in the middle of a neighborhood, so it was quiet, felt safe, and was close to town even though it feels like it’s in the middle of the country side.

I booked a night on Alex’s Land for my brother’s birthday. We wouldn’t have wondered to be anywhere else it was perfect and we had a great time it is so perfect. I would recommend to anyone!

Quiet, convenient, friendly, accommodating to the fur babies... The trip was so nice, I stayed an extra night. Convenient to I-77, but secluded, great cell service, free fire wood, and a nice fire pit, too. Just an all around great spot to kick your boots off for a few nights.
