If you see anything ready for the taking let us know and you can partake in the experience of harvesting and eating it. Bananas, avocados, soursop, guava, fig, calabaza, coffee, name, coconuts, pana pen, and more. Clean filtered mountain water is available for purchase. Birds, lizzards, manatees, starfishes, stingrays, dolphins, brilliant stars night and breathtaking blue skies, don't say about our sunsets and sunrises! Amazing cays are another natural atractions, ask for Mata La Gata sea pool area. Water in front of the house isn't suitable for swimming if you are not related to waters surrounded by mangroves but you may visit Parguera sea sighting by your boat, by in site boat rental at Parguera, parasailing, diving and many other tours... By car there are plenty of different kind of beaches at nearby towns. There are safe trails to explore. You may search for Parguera, PR, to take a glance of what you are missing! Puerto Rico, as a whole is 100 x 35 square miles, is a tropical island with a variety of unimaginable places so get ready for adventure! This campsite is a must-visit on the island. There’s a trail inside the property that leads to a stunning waterfall where you can enjoy the view and even take a swim. The campsite also has chickens, a horse, and a pig, it's clear the host truly loves this place and has decorated it with so much care. She even brought us delicious coffee in the morning, which was incredibly sweet. I’d definitely come back the next time I visit Puerto Rico!

Truly amazing spot to camp. The river borders thousands of acres of protected tropical rainforest. A trail takes you to an epic swimming hole and to a beautiful waterfall!! The bathrooms have the best hot showers on the island. I never ran out of hot water. The covered camping area kept me nice and dry and the stove was handy. The farm and chickens and horse are nice. The hosts couldn't have been nicer! My favorite camp!

It is difficult to overstate just how wonderful this place is. Andres gave us clear and concise directions on how to get there, via pre-recorded video, and that made it easy to get there. The drive itself was marvelous because for the most part you are high on the mountains. We are avid campers and brought everything we needed but have to say that the outdoor kitchen/gazebo was pretty darn cool and convenient! There is a stove, kitchen sink, a “fogón” (cooking fire pit) as well as a full size refrigerator. This was more “Glamping” than “camping”. We camp every month on full moon as I love to watch the moonrise as well as the moonset and this place was particularly special for that. As someone that grew up in Puerto Rico but lived most of my adult life outside the island, what I can tell you about the area is that the residents are extremely friendly, well manners and considerate that I am otherwise accustomed to. Everybody we saw whether driving on or driving out would wave at us, as if we were known to them. I hope you try this place and when you do, I am confident you are definitely going to enjoy it.

Very peaceful place. I personally enjoy nature and the lake is stunning. Next time I can't forget my fishing gear! You see big fishes close to shore. At night they have solar lights that helps a lot. The running water is only in the bathrooms which are very well kept. A place to get ice and supplies is a 2 min drive. Highly recommend!

Its easy to drive to the property. Near by there is a gas station you can purchase ice and other supplies. They also have a food truck near the gas station. There is a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. Bathrooms are clean. There is running water in the main gazebo that you can wash dishes. I love the place. Is my second time here and I plan to come again.
