Great location next to the lake; price can't be beat. Be sure to bring bug spray, a headlamp and toilet paper.
Es la 4ta vez que me quedo y me encanta. Excelente lugar. Facil de llegar, tranquilo y privado, con buenas facilidades.

En la propiedad no tenian agua para utilizar.
Los baños estaban disponibles pero sin agua. Tenian cisterna pero no funcionaba.
Third time staying. Always great. I take this getaway to meditate and enjoy nature. Walking to the lake is beautiful.
There is no other sound but nature.

The site was beautiful! A little muddy but to be expected with the weather. Loved going back.
Very peaceful place. I personally enjoy nature and the lake is stunning. Next time I can't forget my fishing gear! You see big fishes close to shore. At night they have solar lights that helps a lot. The running water is only in the bathrooms which are very well kept. A place to get ice and supplies is a 2 min drive. Highly recommend!
Its easy to drive to the property. Near by there is a gas station you can purchase ice and other supplies. They also have a food truck near the gas station.
There is a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. Bathrooms are clean. There is running water in the main gazebo that you can wash dishes.
I love the place. Is my second time here and I plan to come again.

I never saw the owner or any people at the camp site, but it had water and electricity. cant complain for that price!
Lugar tranquilo y cerca del lago, bueno para el kajak y buena pesca. Baño limpio y áreas cuidadas! Buen precio! Nos gusto mucho!

Place had everything you could ask for. The night i went it was raining hard, but i stayed dry under the porch which had power and a bathroom. So 5 stars for the low cost

I really enjoyed my stay the lake is very beautiful with plenty of nice wildlife! The site was good and it's very nice to have a toilet and shower. You can't beat the price so I would definitely recommend this place!
100 percent would recomend this place super cool and friendly host! lake is a must see with stunning natural beauty! Nice tent sites having clean shower and tiolet and fresh water on site is a major plus really enjoyed our stay! Thanks jose!

Lots of space. You a get your own dedicated bathroom too which was awesome! (Not sure if it's still like this when it's busy, but nonetheless very appreciated!) Thanks!
There was no one at the campsite when we arrived at 4pm for check in. It was disappointing to not have any information sent to us about where to set up, where amenities were located.
We checked out the campsite ourselves. The bathrooms were full of bugs, mosquitoes were everywhere so it was uncomfortable to shower. The sink was the size of a dinner bowl in the corner of the restroom rendering it unusable.
This campsite is in a busy residential neighborhood so many cars with their bright lights pass by. The neighbors played loud party music until midnight.
Definitely recommend not staying here as there are much better campsites on the island.

Simplemente Perfecto... Un lugar Súper Tranquilo, lleno de Mucha Paz y Armonía con la Naturaleza. De igual manera está accesible a pocos minutos de Colmados, Estaciones de Gasolina y sitios para Comer. El Agua de la Ducha Fría de verdad... Pero estábamos advertidos (Dicen que el Agua fría rejuvenece... Fuí a celebrar mi cumpleaños y regresé 10 años más Joven). En General lo recomiendo pues la Experiencia fue Buenísima especialmente si desean escaparse del bullicio de la Ciudad.

I highly enjoyed my stay here! Only sound at night was the coquis and there was a pleasant temperature drop at nightfall keeping everything cool while sleeping. Jose was kind and accommodating - if I head back that way I will definitely stay again :)
Remember to bring some form of mosquito repellent! It is by the lake so as expected there were many mosquitoes but nothing a little bug spray couldn’t fix.

The property is beautiful, with a diverse collection of fruit trees and other flora. Jose is an awesome host that helped us get all set up and showed us the property. Our van got a little stuck in the wet ground (we arrived after a storm), but Jose helped us to get out quickly and on our way. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone interested in seeing the various natural locations near this camp spot.
Nos gusto mucho el espacio. Los baños eran privados por grupo (con llave). Todo estaba muy limpio y algunas áreas tenían gazebo. También tenían accesibles áreas para fogata y estacionamiento. Jose se mantuvo atento a cualquier pregunta que tuvimos y fue muy amable. Definitivamente volvería a acampar allí.

Hermosa vista, super limpio y hermoso terreno! Hace buen fresco y árboles frondosos!
Would not recommend for groups. I had a group of 10. The land is nice enough, but severely lacking basic amenities. Host claimed to have a fire pit; but it was no where to be found. Lake was nowhere in site, even after a hike around the property. Host provided us with one small bathroom for 10 people and told us to not under any circumstances use the other 3 bathrooms even though no one else was on the site. Host then sent harassing texts, videos, and voice messages to me after we left claiming everything was a mess. The only true issues were a clogged toilet that we noticed him about the night before (but got no response), a roll of toilet paper left in a bathroom that we “weren’t supposed to use” (but, I’m sorry, people have emergencies and can’t wait), and wet floors (due to the ripped shower curtain and shower head that is TIED ON WITH A PLASTIC BAG (so it was inevitable). Very disappointed in this stay because it has so much potential. I hope that in the future the host will have better customer service and functional amenities for his guests.

Espectacular para ir con mascotas, familia y amigos. Baños muy limpios y el lago es precioso; hicimos un poco de pezca y descansar por lo tranquilo que fue todo.
Tan pronto llegamos al sitio, nos comunicamos, pensamos que la persona del establecimiento iba a llegar y por lo menos dar la bienvenida y poder conocerlo en persona, pero no fue así. Hubiese sido favorable en enseñarnos las área en las cuáles se podia acampar y orientarnos acerca del lugar ya que fue nuestra primera vez en la zona. Ahora, por parte, la comunicación fue buena, tuvimos varios recordatorios de la estadía. Por otro lado, el establecimiento necesita mantenimiento, hay mucho escombros, basura tirada por el área, el baño asignado no tenía papel de baño ni zafacón,el ruido constante de los ladrillos de perro en el área es incómodo y más en la noche, pero con unos tapones de oidos se resuelve. Poner un pocomás iluminació(nada fancy, el invento de las placas solares como habían en dos lugares) ya que cuando oscurece es difícil caminar hasta el lugar donde esté establecida la caseta de camping. Otra sugerencia, es la de por lo menos dejar que los vehículos que estén durante la estadía puedan entrar y salir , porque estuvo heavy el estar subiendo y bajando las cosas, más aún si tienes niños y mascotas.Por último, habían varios kayaks en dirección hacia el lago, no se porque no están incluidos dentro del precio que se paga ya que sinceramente se veían sucios y abandonados. (A menos que hubiese sido que era un tour aparte por el host). Espero que tomen en consideración estas sugerencias porque considero que el establecimiento tiene potencial, solo un poco de arreglitos.
We had a great night camping with our six year olds. This was our first time camping with them. The bathrooms with showers were clean (and each family had their own!), the coquis were loud yet calming at night, and we enjoyed the star gazing. It was a quick trip for us but it was memorable!

Nos gustó mucho estar en contacto con la naturaleza, en especial poder ver la estrellas sin contaminación lumínica.
This is a GREAT getaway place, especially in the "off season" when there are much fewer or no other people camping around. Yes, the roosters are loud in the evening/early morning and you may want earplugs, but that's normal Puerto Rico. The coqui frogs in the trees are absolutely enchanting, though you may want to be cautious around some trees as I found a couple snakes (very chill snakes) lounging in the same tree I was sitting near. Bathrooms are private, compact, but very clean (showers run off a reservoir tank, so it's not heated but its honestly not an issue given PR is very warm 99% of the time). The host is very responsive via call and text, and very helpful with camping/rentals and what sights/tours are available in the area. We've already recommended this place and the host to several people!

Excellent place. Common areas were great and cleaned. The camping site was big with plenty of space and access to the lake is awesome. We had a mishap and the host helped us out. 10/10
