Learn more about this land: Last Chance Glass Getaway is a small eleven acre farm exceptionally situated in the gorgeous Walla Walla Valley. There are level access and pull through camp sites along the Burlingame Canal and the South fork of the Little Walla Walla river (a creek). Enjoy nature here on the Old Oregon trail in the form of beaver ponds, coyote song, deer trails, bird watching and star gazing - just a half mile from the historic Whitman Mission. Park on the partial pavement (Mountain and Garden Sites) or drive gently on the grass to one of the well separated sites. Each site has its own picnic table and fire pit. There is self service firewood for sale. Fresh eggs most days. Both available as an "extra" on the app. ($10, $5) Orchard Site and Park Site are shady and cool on the north side of the drive. Park is nestled in the trees next to the barn. Orchard site has mature trees for both shade and sunshine. Park site has it's own water spigot and is within reach of a 110amp electrical outlet with your extension cord. No A/C or high amp use please. Mountain Site and Garden site are both situated along the Burlingame Canal, a historic waterway and engineering marvel worth googling. Both have an unobstructed east facing view of farmland and the Blue Mountains - perfect for full moons and sunrises. These two sites are generally in the shade around dinner time. Note: The canal is empty August and Sept Creekside Site is the newest site. Fully fenced. Full hook up. Private and secluded. Quiet dogs permitted on leash only. Professionally maintained Sani-can. Beautiful potable well water. In general it is my policy to not review people who are relaxed and camping. I do appreciate your private suggestions and continued good public reviews! I strive hard to be a TRULY hospitable and peaceful getaway! I feel grateful every day to be living in such a pretty place. Walla Walla, Washington... who knew?! It is a joy to share it. Hipcamp has been a wonderful adventure. Thank you so much! Owners request that you don't throw anything for the friendly working border collies, if you see one. The farm is 7 miles from downtown Walla Walla. 4 miles to Walmart super center. Quiet hours (no generators) from 9 pm.

The Evans Farm is a Century Farm which has been in our family for three generations (with the fourth generation children enjoying it now).  It was a self sufficient family farm for many years with Jersey Dairy cattle, Suffolk Sheep, pigs, quality horses, both Draft and Riding, and a flock of chickens.  A large garden supplied family vegetables.  A love for the land and the area were all part of the Farm. Located two miles from Joseph, three miles from Wallowa Lake, and close to hiking, fishing, camping, and outdoor adventures, the Farm is secluded but offers easy access to the surrounding area.

We had a great time at Erica’s place. We wanted a place that was close enough to downtown Walla Walla and yet out in the countryside.. Erica was easy to communicate with and all was as described. This was our first Hipcamp experience and we’re excited to try out more cool spots!

It is a quiet and peaceful farm. The Host is very kind and personable. Enjoyed the chats and the animals could always put a smile on your face as you were coming and going, and with this great park setting, having the Blue Mountains finishing out the picture; Perfect! . I will be back!!

What a wonderful place Grady Sr. and Kathleen have created on their beautiful farm. The Glamping tent was perfect for exploring the Joseph area. The nights were quiet and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The outdoor shower was the perfect way to relax after a day on the trails. Very private and sitting on the front deck watching the sunsets over the mountains will be memorable. We will surely be back when in Joseph. Thanx Grady Sr and Kathleen. So great meeting you both. A beautiful and quiet place to stay. We stayed at the Orchard site and the goats and donkey were a hoot to watch. We didn’t get to meet Erica, but she was super responsive when we were booking the site. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we’re passing through.

THE BEST campsite!!! A wonderful tree provided shade, beautiful farm, well kept, friendly goats were delightful. Just such a peaceful space. A must especially if attending a concert at the wine country amphitheater. Fresh produce too!!

Erica provides a tranquil setting that we just loved. We stayed in Mountain Side 1 and the views were amazing. The city of Walla Walla is 5 miles away and we enjoyed a day at the farmers market, as well as the shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend Erica’s little farm and plan on revisiting ourselves.

The site had a lovely view of the Blue Mountains and farmland. We were tent camping and found the site to be mostly level and our nearest neighbors were a good distance away. At night, we listened to frogs in the canal and the owls in the trees. We didn't use the fire pit but one was available. The porta potty was well maintained and just a short walk away. The location was close enough to town for convenience just a 10 min drive away.

Loved camping on this small, quiet farm outside of Walla Walla. Gorgeous view of the ridge across the valley. Heard the owls at night. Fell in love with the resident donkey. We tent camped, but this would be a perfect spot for an RV. Nice firepits at each site. Erica has dry cordwood on site for purchase, but bring tinder and kindling. I'm used to burning Doug fir, hemlock and Ponderosa pine--trees down in this neck of the woods don't burn as well!
