Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters. Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village. Please note: We do allow pets in some of our sites for $10 per night. If you plan to bring a pet, please add the pet fee which is listed under "Extras" during the booking process.

While our site offers access to seclusion, it's not entirely secluded on its own. Nestled at the bottom of a pasture in a farming area, it's within sight of the owner and a neighbor. Keep in mind that you may encounter bugs, coyotes, deer, and some nearby farming activity during your stay. Our communal camping area features level ground, fire pit, potable water spigot, camp toilet, and a picnic table. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be leashed or kenneled on the property—feel free to let them off-leash on the adjacent public lands. Owners are available to provide information and maps for hiking and outdoor recreation activities. Junipers Reservoir RV Resort was created approximately 30 years ago.  The RV resort sits at the end of a one mile gravel driveway, on the edge of a juniper forest overlooking the 200 acre Junipers Reservoir and its surrounding meadows. A large lawn and cedar buildings sit at the center of the oval shaped RV park, with the generously sized camping sites angled along the outside edge to provide the best views.  The resort boasts free fishing in the reservoir for trout, hiking and biking trails, rock-hounding, bird watching, wildlife viewing, horseshoes, and volleyball.  The view from the open air pavilion is spectacular!Learn more about this land:Located in the heart of a 5,000 acre cattle ranch. We have hot showers, laundry machines, restrooms, BBQ's, Covered Pavilion, park benches, and lots of lawns. Plenty of room for tent campers. We have an enclosed dog off-leash run area. Plenty of trees for shade, fresh air and blue skies. At night we are far enough from town that the dark night lights up with stars. Where to start...Wendy, Madison and Brooke were the sweetest! Wendy made sure to take care of a charge from Hipcamp that shouldn't have been charged for a reservation modification. The store and set up behind are awesome! The play structure could use some help, the swings are great, canoes are awesome, the store perfect! I would day if the owners added a hot tub or a few of them, with an outside shower and a 1hr color coded max time in at a time, the guests would be in heaven! They could even do beaver tours at night, we saw at least 9 at one time. Its a gem of a spot and hope to go back!!!

Very friendly staff, well stocked general store, convenient location right off highway, respectful campers during my stay. Washroom facilities are older, but clean. River front RV sites are quite close together, #15 was especially tight. Okay spot to spend night after exploring Crater Lake National Park.

We loved the RV Park .. we were backed up to a creek .. overall quite with some activities on site .. free Canoe's to use & location to Crater Lake was perfect. Dog friendly too. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend

We were impressed by Crater Lake Resort! There was plenty of room for our travel trailer (limited privacy, but it's what you'd expect from an RV park). The bathrooms were well-maintained and clean, the park was quiet and the staff was lovely and helpful. The park is located within easy driving distance to Crater Lake. We also really enjoyed using the complementary canoes in the pretty little creek that runs along the edge of the property.

Weekend Trip to Crater Lake Resort

Crater Lake Resort had lots of really nice amenities, like a community fire pit, outdoor grill and pizza oven. They had plenty of activities as well, such as pickleball, canoeing, horse shoes and corn hole. A really nice store with lots of products as well, and clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water. There were a few down sides, like the full size RV sites were set very close together, so we felt like we were right on top of our neighbors as they ate dinner. The Wifi was in and out, but that can be expected with how far out in nature you are! Chiloquin, the nearby city is very small, and there are only a few restaurants available. But this was in close proximity to Crater Lake. Overall a good stay, and we would stay there again!

We had a spot right on the water. It was beautiful. We saw so much wildlife a couple of deer running through the path where you can go around the river. It’s quite a nice walk with the dog. It was great. My grandson wrote his bike through there overall everything was great, except lots of mosquitoes just spray yourself and you’ll be OK.

Laurie was super nice and accommodating. It was super quiet and pretty easy to get there. There were bugs so just be aware of that and bring bug spray. I would recommend it if you need a place to sleep while exploring Klamath Falls.

Enjoyed our stay at Crater Lake, average size lots and things to do. About 23 miles to Crater Lake National Park. They have a concrete slab that is set up for pickleball, which was fun. They have laundry, showers, cornhole, canoes and a camp store that is open till 8pm. No wifi, but fire pits for evenings by the fire. Quiet spot!

Great little spot in farm country with a spectacular view of Mt Shasta. Very private. Lots of bird and frog noises. Firewood only $5 a bundle! I tent camped with my pets just for the night. Has basic amenities which is all we needed.

What a wonderful host. She made sure I had everything I needed. Did check ups every couple days. But what made Laurie an even better host. The day I was supposed to leave it wouldn't stop raining so i asked if I could book one more night an she instantly said yes🤗 It's definitely peaceful and you see alot of different wildlife and the view of Mt shasta is great.. would recommend 👌
