The lake is great for sailboats—you can catch some wind on the wide stretches of water. Anglers, cast a line for the sand bass, catfish, hybrid striped bass, crappie, and walleye. People who run the place are awesome and super friendly. The people who camp there are as well. My girlfriend and I enjoyed every second of our stay! The showers were definitely an attractive outdoorsy experience. Campsites all were kept up with, the your was informative. I can't comment on the lake, I didn't take the time to see it sadly but I bet that is well worth it. We had all the privacy we needed. Already recommended the place to family and friends out on the east coast!

The host was so sweet and met us to show us around even though we arrived late. The location was safe and perfect for us to car camp during our road trip. The restroom was clean and close to our camp spot.

Beautiful location, very private and lots of nice options for tent camping. We ended up not staying the night however, because we were covered in ticks. We took bug spray, but we must have picked thirty ticks off of ourselves and our dogs. And we’re still finding ticks on the dogs two days later. Other than that, the site was perfect.
