Beautiful wooded lot sandwiched between a bike trail and a creek. Each space included a fire ring, and a nearby latrine was available for use. This is an excellent place if you are looking to camp and have things to do. The host mentioned the creek is high enough to canoe or kayak in the spring. You can also enjoy access to the bike trail right from the site, and the Hopewell earthworks are within a short driving distance. The hosts were on-site when we arrived and were very friendly and helpful. Firewood is also available for purchase right there on the spot. There are also multiple sites located around a common area, making it ideal for large groups.
Overall, my sister and I enjoyed our stay.

We loved RV camping on Frankie's land.. She was very nice and we loved her place. Sugar, the farm dog, made our trip even better. My dog and Sugar loved each other and I loved her too... Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful farm and wonderful ponds. Very close to our home but we felt like we was 'out of town'. Very nice sites... All of them would have been great. We can't wait for warmer weather so we can come back!

First place I stayed at using the Hipcamp app and was not disappointed. The grounds were very well maintained and clean. The lakes were beautiful. It was very quiet and could barely hear any road traffic. I would definitely return

Sarah is a fabulous host! Super helpful to me with some details and questions I had. Very responsive to my texts before and during the trip. Her land really is lovely. You can see the stars through the tree tops, birds are all over the place, including bald eagles along the creek. Having the bicycle/walking path right next door was fabulous...that's where I saw the huge eagle in a tree. On weekday mornings you may hear a few large trucks heading out early. Other than that, not a lot of traffic noise. When things re-open in the Spring, I would highly recommend checking it out. When we were there the creek was quite low and the campsite had been a bit bruised by heavy machinery. Nature recovers. Thank you again, Sarah!
Note: there are several verbal dogs nearby who were active during the nighttime hours. If you're a super light sleeper, perhaps this isn't the place for you.

Everything about the property is perfect. No noise pollution, no light pollution, serenity at night and a beautiful property to explore during the day. Oh yeah, the best part is the fishing, ponds ar we full of panfish and the bass are huge!

Campsite sits next to the creek that you can hear the soothing babblings to lullaby you to sleep.
This a a clean, well maintained property and a clean porta-poty within 100ft off the campsite. Firewoods are available to purchase on site if you run out.
The owners stopped by to greet when I arrived and before my departure.
Overall a great camping site I would recommend and revisit.

This is only my second HipCamp stay, and I was traveling solo as a woman. I was slightly worried, but chose them as they seemed the most warm and friendly. I was so happy to be right about assumptions.
Not only was it incredibly safe, it was incredibly beautiful. You couldn’t find a property like this commercially for $40 a night, let alone $20-$30. This is well worth the price for what you will pay here.
The host messaged me a few times to let me know various things about weather, conditions, etc. all before hand and during. However it was never too much, just needed vital information. She was so kind and courteous to me. It really shows you that real hospitality still exists.
4WD recommended for incline/decline at entry.

Deb and Tys' Three Naughty Labs' Hipcamp is the best. The barn Hookup is over the top when it comes to hooking up to the camper. The amenities of water and electric couldn't be any better unless you add in Beautiful surroundings with a fire pit, chairs surrounding the pit, within a hope and skip from our parked camper. As if that wasn't enough, there was a patio table with chairs just a couple of steps away from the camper. The directions to this Hipcamp were easy enough to follow. The instructions to park our unit were right on but we didn't need them because Deb and Ty met us as soon as we arrived. They helped us maneuver around their lot and guided us right into position for hooking up the water and electric. It's very quiet at this location. As I mentioned before, the surroundings at this Hipcamp are just Beautiful. If you are traveling in this area and need a place to rest, this is the place to stop. We will always try to reserve here when we are in this area. Deb and Ty, Thank You so much for sharing your place with us.

I can’t even explain how beautiful this place is. The 3 ponds are jumping with Bluegill, Sunfish, Perch and Bass. None stop bites. The spots are large and level. The host (Frankie) was a delight to speak with. The history of the family farm is amazing! We will definitely be back.
