We have just under 20 acres. You can drive right to the camp sites located about 700 foot behind the house. It is a peaceful setting over looking a pond, fishing is welcome. There is a pavilion and a playground. Kids and dogs are welcome. We are close to several local wineries and about 20 minutes from Lake Erie. Pymatuning Lake is 30 minutes away. Geneva on the Lake is about 30 minutes from us. We have a catch and release fishing pond. There are 8 sites, all pretty spaced out to give privacy and a relaxing experience. 2 of which are pretty secluded site 6 and site 8. Campsites 1, 2,4,5 and 7have a view of the pond. Site 3 is near a meadow and sits behind all the other sites. Sites 1,2,3,7 can be RV or tent sites. The pavilion adds a sense of comfort especially during rain days. We have corn hole , bocce ball and a few other relaxing games as well as a few card and board games for playing while enjoying the pavilion.

Michael’s land is gorgeous and it was heaven to have it to ourselves. We especially loved the trails in the wooded area. There’s an awesome fire pit too. Looking forward to another opportunity to tent-camp there!

Beautiful property. Had so much fun fishing and hanging out on the dock. Very private. It was too chilly to swim but we would definitely go back during warmer weather. Michael was very responsive and helpful.

Weekend Trip to Heritage Lake Farm

For those that can't get by without a shower this is great. The basement level of the cabin has all the house essentials, but you still get to stay in a tent or rv for everything else associated with camping. Our dog enjoyed being off leash at the property and we loves being the only ones there.

Weekend Trip to Patchwork Place

The campground offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, situated away from traffic noise. It features a large pond, fire pits, and a pavilion. Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash. Visitors are expected to pack out everything they bring in. Although the weather was uncooperative during our stay, the hosts were exceptionally gracious and accommodating. Continue to make your improvements and campers will come!

Phenomenal!! This was our first trip with our new class B camper van and 3 dogs - host was very responsive and the property is amazing. Would not just recommend but plan on staying again as this is only 45 minutes from home. Thanks Michael!!
