camping at Carolina Beach State Park was a peaceful easy way to fall asleep - the trail leads directly to the water - very nice!

The sand, the water, the view after walking the short trail at campsite 74 to the small beach area. Carolina Beach State Park is beautiful and I would go back there and camp. It was quiet when I was there and I loved it!

The Secret Sanctuary Farm

The Secret Sanctuary Farm is a co/op located on a portion of Prince George Creek that has a double Oxbow or hairpin turns in the creek. This unique feature prevented loggers from logging the property. As a result, there are many huge old-growth trees on the property as well as a variety of fauna and flora.

 A truly unique blend of farmland. Including an assortment of friendly animals to interact with. Woodland, wetlands, and a deep spring fed fresh water creek that connects to the Cape Fear River. 

This is a working farm. Please do not Open any gates to the animals. The fruits and vegetables on the farm are for the members of the farm. Eggs from our chickens will be provided for you to use for breakfast. If you happen to choose a campsite with a kitchen. There is a coffee pot and all cooking utensils. 

      There are four permanent 4 shelters on the property. Composting toilets. Showers are still in the works. All of the shelters have their own composting toilets. Small propane heaters are available for each shelter. The first 1gallon bottle off propane is free with your stay. it will last 5-7 hrs. each additional bottles will cast $6.00 per bottle. There is also solar, powered lights, usb charging stations,  fans, and air coolers. each Conestego hut has a locking front door to keep your belongings safe

Campfires, hiking, canoeing and kayaking.

Kayaks, canoes and lifejackets are available.

 All the Wilmington beaches are within 30 minutes.

Our 40-acre campground is tucked away in loblolly pine trees and minutes from family fun.

You’ll be right at home in our newly constructed RV and Cabin Village. Enjoy your pick of 30 RV Sites tucked away in the pine trees of North Carolina. 

Our 50 amp, full water/sewage hook up, gravel sites include a table, grill, firepit, two parking spots and tent space. Our campground has Wi-Fi and Cell Coverage.

Glamping Cabin

Glamping Cabin is a small shed converted into an insulated sheetrock wired room for up to two people, has a couch that pulls out to a 3/4 bed 48" wide and long enough for two to sleep on clean sheets. TV with streaming and a small fridge. AC and a window. Small but 5 minutes to the beach. $85.00 A night, check in after 3pm and check out by 11am. Up to two people one car.
