Our campground borders the Adirondack Park and is just minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY. We offer wooded tenting sites and spacious RV sites. We also have luxury cabin rentals if you need comfortable lodging but want to be closer to nature than you would be in a hotel. We have seasonal RV sites available for those who like to escape for the weekend and relax or just like to be close to the action for the summer season.

We have several tent sites as well as an Airstream to rent!

3 Night minimum for Holiday weekends including July 4th and Labor Day. 2 night minimum on weekends, but sometimes we can make an exception if it's short notice and there are sites available.

Sunset Mountain Cottages

The boutique resort has several cute cottages along the water and is a favorite family destination. It has provided over 70 years of hospitality and continues to offer reflections for those guests that return after 30 years. On Tiosaronda Bay, this landmark destination was a trade route for Indians, a home to tanneries, and dude ranches in the 1930's.

Wintergreen Lake

Wintergreen Lake has been owned by my family for 7 generations. Experience Wintergreen Lake, a private lake and retreat nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Fyi for future campers. ADK Mountain View will be undergoing changes to its current campsites. Per order of the Adirondack Park Agency. All sites will be moved as they have been deemed to close to jurisdictional wetlands. Please bear with us as we go through these changes. With that being said, any site you book at this time will not be in the same place at the time of your stay. Thank you.

This was a very old dairy farm owned by the Duntley Family. Old farming equipment dispersed throughout the property. An old foundation from a sugaring house. Beautiful old rock walls. Deer and wildlife galore.

Pitch your tent or bring your camper to our 150-acre working farm oasis. Beautiful views of the Adirondack Mountains. Easy drive to great hiking spots. Easy access in Essex for the ferry to Vermont. Lake Placid, high peaks 30 minutes. Or just relax at your campsite with a fire.

There is a water spigot to the left of the big brown metal building with easy access with the driveway in front of the building. 

Each site has its own outhouse, picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, fire ring with a cooking grate.

Each campsite has an outhouse. Very clean, with fun photographs and paintings in each outhouse. Each outhouse has a fire extinguisher, wasp repellant, hand sanitizer, and toilet paper.

Beautiful campsite with plenty of activities and accommodations! 

Sarah & Lou (the hosts) will provide firewood upon request. There are firepits at every campsite.

At this campsite location, you can watch the sunset behind the Adirondack mountains while lounging on a lounge bed!

Each campsite has very clean and well-kept outhouse.

Adirondack Acres Trail & Camps

Adirondack Acres has about 80 acres of vast unexplored territory where there are deer, bear, coyotes and a variety of wild birds.  We are off the grid heading towards Lake Placid New York.  If you are lucky you might get a glimpse of Whiteface Mountain,  which is the Olympic mountain  of the East.  Our property extends across the road to the top of Cold Spring Mountain.

If you go towards Keeseville, Ausable Chasm is 5 minutes away, The Grand Canyon of the East.  During Summer FREE LIVE MUSIC ON THE GREEN Depends which Town you're in !  Adirondack map of hikes and trails will be in our tiny shop,  up  on the wall,   inside from the elements of mother nature.

Walk Adirondack Acres Trail to the end and you will find a beautiful private natural beach on the shores of the Au sable River, which is well known for the best place in the world for fly fishing.   We are pet friendly about a ten to 15 minute walk to your car  and all that is left is you and nature.  We are right in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains on the way towards Whiteface Mountain with spectacular views.  Ask about our toilet accommodations, wi-fi password is available if you ask us for it. 

Campsite numbers available this year will be Site2 which is left, we are planning to OPEN second site which will be on the right side, Site1, when it is finished. 

In the middle of Summer, you can ask about it.   Only 1 site is open, Site2, on the entire land at this time.

This year we have changed a few things and we have added some changes hoping to improve every year and we hope you have a wonderful time here on our beautiful land that we are very blessed to share and enjoy, with you our Hipcamp, friends!

We have it as a 10 to 15 minute Walk in depending on where you park, for vehicles with no 4x4.  We are requiring 4x4 and some clearance to be able to drive up to the site.  Wood is FREE off the land, we suggest bringing wood for the first camp fire especially if it has been raining.  You can look for firewood on our land and we have it available where we Meet and Greet.   Arnolds grocery, is small mom and pop store with 375 different kinds of  beer, wood, and local art. Maplefields grocery store and Stewart's stores also has gas, grocery,  wood, and  both have restrooms. 

  

And Just to be extra safe when we meet and greet to show a group down to the river we will be staying at least 6 feet apart and not shaking hands be smart,  be safe.   We want you to be able to experience nature to it's fullest.

So many butterfly's! Saw mostly what appear to be Eastern tiger swallowtails, but if you keep an eye out you'll notice many others!
