We specialize in premium organic produce, particularly our asparagus and blueberries. Our farm features a beautiful blueberry pond where we host campers, farm to table dinners, music festivals and events.
Our current camping area is a private rustic space with water views around our blueberry pond, tucked away from the main roads. Typically in late October or November. Seven miles South is the Redfield Reservoir with public boat launches great fishing swimming kayaking Etc. Chipmunk Trail is a private campground for small groups or family gatherings. With your booking you get the whole place all four sites for $160 per night up to eight people. Each additional person is $35 per person per night up to 16 people. The grounds feature one central fire pit and a 12x25 fully furnished pavilion. It features a kitchen sink with hot water, a commercial 6-burner gas stove, a double electric oven, a 48” gas griddle, a large gas grill, a gas smoker, a charcoal grill/smoker, and a refrigerator/freezer. Picnic tables are available in the pavilion and at each site.
There is a small bathhouse with a flushing toilet, hand sink, and an open-air hot water shower.
We have four campsites with electrical service via extension cords (20 amp only). The property includes hiking trails and a small creek that runs through approximately 80 acres of land.
We are just a couple of miles from the North Shore of Oneida Lake, Taft Bay Park Beach, local boat launches, and fishing areas.
Navigation into the camp and sites is a little tight. Campers up to 35’ are welcome. We also have two larger sites still under construction.
This is a carry-in, carry-out facility. There are no sewer dump stations or water fill-up services.
We are pet-friendly—please clean up after your pets. Yes, we have bugs!

We are also in a very popular area to the Amish. They are great neighbors and we are sure you will see them pass by regularly with their horse and buggy. The property is also next to a show horse farm that has two donkeys so be prepared to hear them also . Very entertaining. We are currently a new site and are doing construction on the land. Please be patient with us. We have one other listing on the land so there may be times you do see other guests. We have a home under construction on the property so we also may be there at times. This site gives you a quiet wooded area to camp for the night or two with a porta potty for luxury camping. This site allows you to have a quiet place to camp without a lot of people and kid free. Most campgrounds have children but Stars and Sage does not allow children. Please feel free to bring your own camping needs as we only provide a fire area. The site is approximately 19 feet by 39 feet in dimension. You will be close to Mexico village and about 20 minutes from the city of Oswego. Plenty of biking areas all around . Enjoy a hike in the trail or take a short trip to Mexico point to put your Canoe or kayaks in to enjoy Lake Ontario. Lake Ontario is well known for fishing. You may see deer, Fox, muskrat, etc. you may hear coyotes in the distance. A flash light and a hatchet and bug spray are definitely recommended to have on hand.

Located right off the ATV trails and just 15 minutes down back roads from the world-famous Salmon River and Salmon River Falls, our off-grid family camp is tucked away a quarter-mile down an old private dirt road in the woods.
Now, we say "off-grid," but this camp gives you the choice to either rough it like they did in the old days or use our generator system to power lights, a TV, shower, microwave, and electrical outlets.
This is a great place to stay after a long day of fishing, hiking, or ATV riding, or if you're simply looking for peace and quiet away from the crowds.
The cabin features a bed in the loft, a pull-out sofa bed, and two additional beds in the side room. (These beds can remain in the side room or be moved into the main cabin if preferred.)
The kitchen runs on propane, and we provide the propane. We also have a fire pit with water located nearby for safety.
If you decide to run the generator and power up the camp, we provide two 5-gallon gas cans. (If the generator runs all night, it will use approximately 5 gallons of gas.)
We enjoy coming out here so much and wish we could stay for weeks at a time, but sadly we can't. So, we're opening up our camp to others who enjoy the outdoors and can appreciate and respect a good old family camp.
I can also provide recommendations on fishing spots and weekend adventures for fishing or ATV riding for guests who are new to the area. Just ask!

This land was an amazing place for tent or RV. They have very photogenic spots- which are along manicured ponds and in a pretty field surrounded by trees- and the RV spots. The spots were all wonderful and fun to explore (easy walking paths and a few real hiking trails) but the RV plot was amazing. This was one of the best spots we have got off Hipcamp in our cross country journey so far. It was buried in the trees and opened up to a big secluded area, half gravel and half grass with a concrete platform and full hookups. Not too buggy, no noise, beautiful scenery, and private- too good to be true! No issues the entire time we were there, host came by and gave us some directions around town and on the land and was very kind. It made for a good location. Its close to multiple little grocery stores and small downtown areas, and a short drive to Syracuse. We were there for 2 weeks and I wish we could have stayed for longer. Bookmarking this place for another season!

We had a great stay at Toni's Hipcamp! She was very communicative and even dropped off firewood for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The full water, electric, and sewer hookups made everything easy, and the location was super convenient to all the great fishing spots around Pulaski. The property was quiet, private, and beautiful, and our dogs loved having the space to explore. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful piece of land to spend time reading a book, playing with your dog, and sitting around a campfire. This site does sit right next to a road with some traffic, but nothing crazy. It has a beautiful gazebo, a fire pit and the owner supplied fire wood, which was a really nice touch. I highly recommend this site if you want simple and quiet.

Chipmunk Trail is a hidden gem! Private, quiet and easy to get in and out of! One of the standout features is the custom outdoor kitchen and gazebo and common area fire pit which created a great space to relax, cook and gather with family and friends. The property is well-maintained and offers a peaceful atmosphere while still providing thoughtful amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Chipmunk Trail to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique camping experience! We will definitely go back!

My husband and I had the pleasure of being the first hip camp guests! What an amazing experience! We were so happy to visit this hidden gem! It is underdevelopment so it’s under a tad of construction. However this little gem is definitely one I would visit again. Joe was an amazing host and stayed up late for us after a small embarrassing navigation on my part(pfft truck driver getting lost lmbo)
I would overall say the experience was amazing. I wouldn’t bring tiny humans… like I said still under development and the ponds… being a hover craft mom still for my adult children. But as a doggie mom my dogs loved it! Thanks again Joe!

We came up for the Columbus Day weekend to get one final go at filling the freezer with salmon for the year. The River did not disappoint as we had some of the best fishing in years. The camping spot was perfect for what we needed as well. Ample space to position and set up our pop-up camp. Bathroom and water were close by, as well was use of a pavilion and blackstone (though we did use them). Firewood and a ring were provided at our site. Drinking water was provided at the roadside store. Hosts were very accommodating, personable, and eager to show us around. Thanks again.

My family and I tent camped with our fearless corgi for a week here and it was an amazing experience. The site is set just off a quiet country road surrounded by corn fields with easy access to the lake and Pulaski. Most of the traffic we saw was horse drawn Amish buggies. We made great use of the gazebo and picnic table on location as well as the campfire pit. Toni provided trash pickup and some firewood for us throughout the week which was completely unexpected but an awesome little touch. We were able to observe plenty of wildlife while just sitting at the campfire to include deer, fox, birds and even a couple of coyotes (who were no match for the corgi who chase them off…lol). We highly recommend Toni and her Hipcamp spot. We will be booking again next year and probably bring a camper to take advantage of the full onsite hookup.
