Whenland Eco-Trailer

A lovely, 3 acre plot of secluded land surrounded by cute ponds and decorated with sculptures. A small campfire spot, wood stove in the trailer and a composting toilet.  Want to unplug and get away from the busy life? Most mobile phones do not work here!  We have only minimal solar electricity, and there is a propane stove as well! Two double beds, one single, and a couple of nice cots. Tent Sites abound!

We bought this property about four years ago. It was trashed by the previous owner and had an old dilapidated trailer in the middle of it. We cleaned and cleaned, then we ripped out the bad parts of the trailer and rebuilt the insides, placed a huge metal roof over the whole thing and put in a composting outhouse.

There's no running water, and phones don't get reception, so you can truly unplug and decompress in this lovely, quiet piece of land which is close to a ton of hiking / forest land and just down the road from Cummings Nature Center, a great place for family exploration and learning.

A comfortable bench and some logs to sit on around the fire, plus a few chairs for a full seated circle of friends.

Once an historic granary, this building and property was converted for use as a family home and organic homestead. We raise poultry for meat and eggs and have a large raised bed system of vegetables and bramble fruits for preserving. Quiet spots with nearby parking make this a unique camping experience. Picnic table and small fire ring for campfires. Catch some fireflies and gaze at the stars without city lights....it's time to relax!

Park your camper or RV in one of the private garden areas amid organically raised berries, vegetables, laying hens and other farm occupants! Each roomy campsite has a picnic table and small fire ring. Organic eggs for breakfast when available (the hens decide!).  Our farm began as a granary in 1875,  and in 1984 we began to renovate it into a home and sustenance farm.   Close to Point Breeze and sport fishing on Lake Ontario, canoe and boat rentals on Oak Orchard River, antique shops, farmer's markets and the Erie Canal.  Less than 1 hour to Niagara Falls!

Wild Life Heaven

This is one of the oldest farms in Western New York. Main house was built in 1830. It was an apple orchard and crop farm until 1940's. Now it is 100 acres of wildlife habitat with a creek running through the property and a pond. 17 acres is field. This is a private property of 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond and a private residence of 2300 sq. ft. which have guest rooms available as a BnB - Book rooms on Booking.com or AirBnB. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. There is an occasional Blue Herring, Wood Ducks and Canadian Geese that stop by as well as other wildlife.

Exodus Farms of the Finger Lakes

We have a generational family farm. It was originally an organic beef cow farm started by our ancestors and we all operated the farm for over 40 years.  It then became a C.S.A and now is a homestead. The land has strong indigenous roots. The camping area is a 40 acres consisting of two fields, hedrows, small pine groove, large cherry tree and small wooded area.
