This property is in Orchard Park. It is two acres, surrounded by trees and a fence on three sides, which provides good privacy.
There is a large level area with 30a or 20a electrical available for small campers or very small trailers. Also a hose is available to fill water. This is site one.
Alternatively, I have two great tent spaces (sites two and three) at the back of the property with more private areas to set up tents.
There is a (shared) campfire stone pit at the back of the property. Split firewood is available for $5.00 per armload. Campers can take this from the firewood pile.
Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails, including the Eternal Flame Hike, and a large fishing pond. Green lake is also nearby with fishing and a good place for paddle boarding or kayaking.
The property is .5 mi from Bills Stadium. Lake Erie and its beaches are a 15 minute drive. Frank Lloyd Wrights gray cliff property is 25 minutes away.Niagara Falls is 35 min. Downtown Buffalo is 18 min. There are walkable restaurants nearby (about .5 to 1 mi).
An indoor restroom is available at specific hours (typically 4pm-8:30 am) or if arranged in advance outside those hours. No shower is available.

I have a safe, clean, inexpensive area for campers. The area I have to offer is at my home. I have room for 10 campers and I have room for RV’s. I am close to six flags Darien Lake amusement park. I am in the area of the grocery store and I am six minutes from the New York State Thruway (exit 48A). I offer a fire pit and wood for a nominal amount. I also have a washer and dryer for your use for a nominal amount. Within 10 minutes of my location are a couple nice restaurants and a large grocery store. On two sides of my property are two working farms. On my property is my Small construction business that will not be an issue for your stay. I have Wi-Fi for your use. I have a nice grass area for tent campers, and a nice stone level area for Trailers/motorhomes. On two sides of my property are working farms.

Wood Spring is a private members only rustic camping club. Hipcampers have access to all 52 acres including our pond, meadow, Little Buffalo Creek, and our hiking trails.
You’ll get a gate combination after confirming your stay. Enter through the gate on our one lane road, cross the shallow creek and end at our large open meadow. If the creek is ever too high to cross, park in the grassy area and walk across foot bridge.

Great spot right on the Catt. Creek. with a great fire pit, ample room, and a good amount of privacy.
I unfortunately had to end my stay only a few hours in due to rain. This was no fault of William’s, of course. Highly recommend his HipCamp spot; I’ll be going back on a clearer forecasted evening soon.

William was kind, welcoming, and helpful over our chat communications. His land is beautiful. Just off a quiet road, the campsite is right on the creek. There’s a large fire pit right in front of the water, trees for hammocking, horseshoe stakes, and plenty of room for any set up. If coming from the Springville area, the drive is easy. If coming from East Otto/Zoar area, be prepared for some steep hills along the creek. Nothing my 15 year old rig couldn’t handle! We had an amazing time and plan to come back soon.

The RV hookups worked great, the area was easy to access, and everything felt safe and well-kept. It doesn’t have a ton of amenities as mentioned in their description, so if you’re looking for lots of extras you might be a bit limited. But for a convenient, comfortable place to rest while passing through, it definitely gets the job done. I’d stay again.

Great place to camp, it was out in the wilderness but at the same time close to everything. Nice large site with a water view. The only thing I wish was the electric was a little bit more heavy duty; but we had no problems. Overall great trip and I’d definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for something different than a resort.
