Our private property is nestled up against the NYS Unique Zoar Valley State Land. It includes an approx. 60 acres of wooded forest and approx. 4 acres of open grass area to immerse yourself in primitive camping style or bring your roof top tent, van, slide in camper. We provide firewood, and both sites have their own firepit with a provided fire extinguisher. Great for hiking, bird watching and enjoying the view of nature. We do have black bears in the area. Please use caution. Take a short drive down the road to enjoy lazy river floating, kayaking or fishing. The Cattaraugus Creek is known for its Steel Head fishing. The campsite is approx.. 1/2 mile to the view of the edge of the Valley. Take in what you brought in. No dumping site on premise. However campers can use our local waste station that is located in the Village of Gowanda, approx. 6 miles from Zoar Valley Ridge. No electric or water hook ups available at this time. Only a Porta potty Available. No ATV's or motorized utility vehicles are allowed on premises. Gift shop on site. Things to do: - Niagara Falls is about an hour from the property - Home of the Buffalo Bills within 30 minutes from the property🦬Go Bills - We have an annual Vintage Motorcross event in September, Zoar Valley - There is a local Fishing Derby in October -Ellicottville is about an 1/2 drive -Seneca Casino 30 min drive -Zoar Valley Expedition - water rafting company -Gowanda Harley Davidson Dealer near

We are happy to share a piece of our beautiful property with our friends and neighbors. Come pitch a tent or bring your roof top tent, slide in truck bed camper, or van for a weekend get away to be able to be free in the peace and quiet to enjoy the relaxation in mother natures surroundings. *Please arrive before 7pm so we can show you where to park. Please communicate with us regarding your ETA** Our property is within driving range to our Amish Trail Community. We are approx. 6 miles to a grocery store, & approx. 15 miles to a hospital.

Absolute perfection! Secluded and private. We spent the evening with a lovely campfire and a family of barred owls. 10 out of 10! Thanks, Rebecca.

My wife & I had a blast at Zoar Valley. The owner, Becky, Greeted and welcomed us upon Arrival and explained where everything was and made sure we were set to have a great experience. The camping spots are very specicious and well spaced out. Each site has its own fire pit and the trail behind her land leads to cliffs with amazing views!!! The sky at night is also marvelous to stare at and stargaze!! Becky, even opened up her gift shop for us when my wife wanted to do a little souvenir shopping! Their maple syrup is amazing!!!

Beautiful scenery with lots of open space at the site. Nice waterfall you can climb down. Lots of trails to explore. Becca was very kind and gave us free shirts for the eclipse.
