Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. We have kept the farm house feel with plenty of room for a family. This is a single occupancy listing. Your party will be the only guests. We do have a separate living space in our barn so only parking is shared. Originally 100 acres was purchased by the Deering family back in the 1800's from the Holland Land company. Then sometime near 1900 the farm was split between two brothers, each receiving 50 acres. The home was originally built in 1903 and is currently updated and remodeled for today’s codes and standards. 47 acres of accessible woods and pasture remain for hiking and at the top of the property a breath-taking view across Lake Erie into Ontario Canada. This is the most clean and beautiful campground I've ever been to. Mal, Amanda, and Cheryl were the nicest and most helpful people. You knew they were there if you needed anything but left you alone to enjoy your stay. I just can't say enough about how wonderful, peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful our stay here was. Weekend Trip to The Crosspatch
I loved staying at the Crosspatch Horse Ranch! I set up right by the pond where I could watch the horses come to drink out of the pond and run in the field. It is very peaceful but only 10 minutes from Ellicottville. Dolly is very welcoming and is always quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here. I liked it so much that I am staying here again!

Dolly and Jim’s land is absolutely stunning and their hospitality is even more impressive! We showed up just before the rain started and they came down to welcome us. It was cold and raining the whole time but they helps us make the most of it. Dolly played games with my kids and we talked about life in the evening around a campfire. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help and time! Would definitely recommend!
