A wonderful spot to rest when passing through Albuquerque! The cozy place is thoughtfully designed and has everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay. One small thing that would have made it even better is a 110 plug for my solar setup so I could charge it overnight. And if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs because the traffic can get quite loud at times, but that’s just part of staying in the city.

Cassandra was very accommodating for our large group. Beautiful property! We all came for the balloon fiesta- biking distance and great location. We could see the balloons from the campsite on our last day. Would definitely stay again.

We actually ended up staying at another one of the owner's locations that was beautiful. We had a big group and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was surrounded by big shade trees and next to a large field of LLamas. It was only about a 15-minute bike ride to the Balloon Fiesta. I would highly recommend this site!

Our experience was awful. We tried to stay for Balloon Fiesta. We arrived at 9pm at night to an overrun grassy field- the field was wet and had been watered that day?! The grass in the field was up to our hips at some points. There was no bathroom on property as listed. And worse of all our 31 foot RV got stuck in the mud! It was completely awful and not as described. No one was around- and the host was unresponsive for 12 hours! Thankfully we were able to pull out at 4am when the ground was hardened from the cool night temps. We then asked for a refund due to the poor conditions and false advertisement and we only received a refund for 1 night. I absolutely do not recommend.

Courtney has such a sweet spot near downtown Albuquerque. Cute coffee shops within walking distance or a short drive (Fino, The Brew, Zendo). The Growers Market on Saturdays is still open through end of October at Robinson Park, and Sunday’s Rail Yards Market is just a short few blocks walking distance. The space itself is quiet, secure and has access to electric and water, which is perfect. There is a KOA about a 15 minute drive on I-40 East to conveniently empty your tanks, and all around it is just a really nice respite. Highly recommend if you are passing through!

This was a great place to stop over for a couple of nights. It's a no nonsense pad to park your van/small RV but has water, a table (2 actually), and a grill. I was able to use the laundry and drying line too which was awesome! The site gets pretty warm early in the day if you don't have an awning (I was there in late June), but by late afternoon it's mostly shaded and really pleasant. Its pretty close (1/2 mile) to an amazing multi-use path where you can bike, run or walk for up to 35 miles! Lots of people were out on it. Also there's a taco truck about 2 blocks away that's amazing. All in all, great places if you're looking for simplicity, but it was nice to have a safe space to camp for a couple of nights.

Courtney’s spot was a great spot! We were looking for a safe place to car camp after a concert at Isleta. It was a 10 minute drive to the venue and located near tons of breakfast places. It was clean and well maintained, secured and beautiful! Courtney worked with us for our super late arrival and made everything super easy. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in ABQ!
