We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds the hospitality and the location was perfect for what we were doing in Pagosa. The only issue I had was there’s only one shower one bathroom for a lot of peopl. I would definitely go there again. It’s a little pricey, but worth the money. Oh by the way, make sure you bring money for the shower. Lol

We arrived late and checked out early. A quick overnight on our journey. So we didn’t get a chance to experience everything. I can say the host was wonderful. Walked us to our site. Explained everything about the grounds. They seem to have everything you could need. We backed our van to within 15 feet of a running creek. Nice. Beautiful location, not far from Pagosa Springs (10 miles ish). Would definitely return when in the area. Thanks!

My wife and I spent 2 nights and absolutely loved it. William was a great host and made us feel welcome, and the camping area had everything we needed to cook and clean. It’s a gorgeous spot, quiet, and lots of deer and wildlife about. The breakfast and coffee provided each morning were an extra great touch, as well as the green treats. Highly recommend!

The Last Resort on the River was wonderful! The bathrooms are clean, the skies are dark, the traffic noise is negligible at night, and if you’re a digital nomad, the WiFi is great, especially in the riverside sites 5 & 6. You won’t be sorry you stayed here!

Susanne’s place was nice and secluded. The bedroom had a connecting toilet and sink, both clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was rustic and clean. It was nice that pets were allowed. My dogs were welcomed and especially enjoyed the outdoors. Suzanne had a comfortable set of chairs by the stream which was walking distance. It was cool and peaceful.
