Nestled in the mountainside in Morris County this 10 acre farm estate is home to a plethora of wildlife, small lake, and large brook that runs through the property. The lake is home to native wildlife and the brook is loaded with trout. There are a couple of professionally maintained landscaping areas perfect for camping and firepit. It comes with a firepit, and everything you need for an amazing night out in the wilderness. There are beautiful hiking trails on site as well as right across the way adjacent to the property that are highly regarded in the state. The most secluded property you can imagine, it is home to some truly magnificent wildlife. There is no littering, and absolutely no hunting. As a nature lover, the respect I have shown these animals, is the reason why they love it here. Who knows what you may see! Firewood is available for purchase at the top of the driveway. It is handcut and seasoned for 3 years and stored in a custom hutch. $5 a compartment money goes in the mailbox.

We're located 1 hour from NYC and 1.5 hours from Philadelphia and the closest national recreation area with millions of visitors each year. There are plenty of activities within the 45 acres: hiking, fishing, farming activities, bird watching, biking all on site. We have luscious fields of sustainably produced vegetables, fruit and flowers. Explore the Delaware river from our boat launch or one of the great canoe rental companies. Hike Mt. Tammany, Ski Shawnee Mt, walk the Appalachian Trail, visit America's oldest jazz club in Delaware Water Gap or visit the dozens of water falls surrounding our farm for a swim. (Autumn is camping season in the poconos, bring blankets and plan hikes for excellent fall foliage)
We have 3 camping locations which you can park near with your vehicle. They are all private camps and out of sight from others.
Our camps sites are for people that like camping in the mountains and near a working farm. Our farm and the community we built is focused on sustainable living with nature, local self reliance, and kindness.
Also, feel free to join us in the fields, request a tour, pet a goat, smell a pig, and check out our DIY home renovation, (built with hempcrete).
Pets should not be off leash unless well behaved and pets should not be left unattended.

Eric was a great host and met us in the driveway. I personally like to meet the host to know where I'm camping vs. trying to figure it out in the dark. I definitely recommend trying to meet Eric so he can tell you where to go. Spot was gorgeous and was exactly what we'd hoped for.
4x4 was required for the snow camping we did but wouldn't be in dry weather.

2 nights at Carpathia West
I took this trip with my adult son and I was as tranquil and a bounty of wildlife. The sunsets are great and you’re perch on a hill overlooking a lake so quite scenic. If you want to totally disconnect be at peace and rough it a little this is the place for you. There is a a generator for light, heat and a refrigerator. We took our own portable compost and a small rinse king system to wash up..
Cooking outside was a thrill for my son as well, we gather wood from the surroundings.
Konsztantine was very responsive and quite hospitable. Quick responses to whatever we asked. Best in class host. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at the Organic Farm in the Pocono Mountains. Eric greeted me on my arrival and the space I stayed was serene. They were hospitable and available for questions and hiking suggestions. I also felt safe being a solo camper. The Delaware Water Gap was less than 20 min away from the campsite!

The campsites at the organic farm are great, spacious and secluded. A lot of birds and several deer were attracted by the pond. The farm is very close to the city and the trails, at very convenient spot for everything one needs. Communication with Eric was excellent! I would come again anytime.

My stay here was perfect! I reached out a few different times before the trip with some questions and he got back to me within the hour. Eric checked in everyday just to make sure our stay was going smoothly. The campsite was the perfect size and close to a lot of different hiking trails. Eric truly was a great host!

Eric’s land is beautiful, with walking trails, a pond, and 3 campsites that are far enough away from each other to make you feel like it is just you and the wilderness. He has farm animals but I could not hear them from my campsite. Peaceful place with no RVs. If you are a tent camper this is idyllic.

We stayed here for two nights during Labor Day weekend, absolutely beautiful weather, no bugs. Good swimming hole in the creek and a stone skipping lake nearby. The abandoned house was fine, and overall quiet. This area is rich horse ppl mansions everywhere, I wasn’t worried about my safety at all. Great spot for my dog too and a nice walking trail. We weren’t bored. Around 9:30 am the host with police badge on windshield of truck came and told us there was a large group coming and asked us to leave earlier than check out time, he was cool though, and luckily we have very little to pack up. There is also a camera at the site, but we felt like we were left alone the whole time we were there, and really weren’t bothered at all by the camera there. We would def come back here again, I felt like it was worth the money and a nice area! Nice camp site!

This site was so fun and beautiful. There are three sites on the land, but they are pretty spread out so there's plenty of privacy. Chickens, goats, and dogs, you're likely to see upon pulling into the driveway. Greg the goat will entertain you with his Black Phillip-esque self and flirting hijinks. Hester the livestock dog is calm and does her job very well. There is a pond that had some algae, but cleared up the second day and was fun for swimming if you can tolerate the silt. We stayed in the middle site by the meadow and pond -- it was beaaaaautiful. Wildflowers, great view, songbirds, tons of frogs/toads. The ground wasn't level, but I couldn't have been more comfortable sleeping there but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to that. Despite being near a pond, we didn't find the mosquitos terrible. We bought wood and eggs from the site, both excellent. Everyone was kind and helpful. We were encouraged to go in and socialize with the goats, so we definitely did that. Some of the kids were definitely still pickup-able! They needed snuggling! All in all, a great site and highly recommend.

Eric’s property was peaceful and serene. Very hilly, so prepare your calves for a workout when walking to the outhouse or the sink! Our site was completely private, surrounded by tall, fragrant foliage and quite a distance from the nearest camp. Our camp was in the “back pond”, which we could have driven to if we had a high-clearance vehicle, but the Honda Civic couldn’t make it all the way. We carried our gear maybe 150 yards to get to our site. There was an established fire ring and a large, mowed clearing for pitching the tent. We passed a picturesque pond every time we went in or out. There are a few free-roaming dogs on-site, but the only interactions we had with them were so sweet (Margeaux was the bestest girl, well trained and so gentle!) My only precaution would be that there was absolutely no cell service, and it was in fact a few miles’ drive to be able to get signal. The bugs were pretty aggressive as well, and there are restrictions at the (organic) farm as to what types of bug repellent can be utilized. Would absolutely stay here again.
