Weekend Trip to Andersen's Rustic Farm Paradise

Our group really enjoyed staying at Jennifer’s. She was there to greet us at the gate, showed us around, and even picked a nice spot for us to set up our tents and vehicles. The site is very much in a pasture - you will be around cows, horses, and everything that goes along with it - but there is plenty of space and wide open skies. We did have high clearance vehicles; the drive in isn’t bad but 2wd might have trouble in the rain as the first hill down to the pasture is a little bit steep. There is a bathroom with a shower at the house, which is a bit of a drive from the campsite but very convenient to have nearby if you’re used to primitive camping. Jennifer is so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Her dogs were great and our dogs loved having space to run. We’d stay there anytime!

We only spent one night as a stopover on our way to Colorado. We got their after the store hours but after a text someone was there quickly to personally escort us to our spot and make sure we knew where everything was and all was good. Very personable. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. We got there too late to check out the mini-golf, but it looked cute. Good free internet service. We would make a point of staying here again if we were in the area.

1 night at Andersen's Rustic Farm Paradise

Beautiful place to stay and they even helped pull our car out of the mud when it got stuck. Excellent people.
